Jason POV

After billy stepped in his armor appeared and we all just looked at him amazed "what I go something on my f-" he cut himself off when he saw the armor "whoa! Ok now that's cool!"

But Zach being himself wanted to touch it And before he did it disappeared just like shelby's

"Jesus fucking Christ do you ever learn your lesson!" Shelby scolded him

"Bring it back" I said

"Bring it back dude" Zach said

"Get out. Training is over for today." Zordon said

"I'm sorry h-he just morphed tell me you saw that." Kim said

"Do it again. All of you. Any of you." Zordon replied

Billy tried to focus but it didn't work.

"Ok we don't know how." I told him

"That's what I thought if you can't morph. If you can't morph you aren't rangers. Go home all of you." Zordon demanded

I decided to stay behind and talk to him Shelby came with me

"Jason's team is failing. I must defeat Rita myself there must be a way to free me from this wall." Zordon said as we walked in

"yes, but the irony is if you need these rangers to morph. Then you can harness the energy and regenerate your body to come back through." Alpha replied

"Ugh, there's got to be another way I can't-" I cut zordon off

"What Zordon you can't what. Wait for us dumb teenagers to morph so you can just come back to life. That's what all this is been about right? You coming back?" Shelby asked infuriated

"This is about protecting the Crystal. Rita could be building goldar as we speak." Zordon replied

"Don't underestimate me or my team." I scolded him

"You can't stop them. She will have him dig up the crystal and life on earth will die." Zordon says

"And we need you because you were so successful at stopping her last time" Shelby said

"I died burying those coins. In hopes they would find the next real Power Rangers. Those who are worthy." Zordon said emphasizing on real

"well sorry to disappoint you." I said as I walked away "but I don't need to stand here and have you tell me what I did wrong. I can go home and get that."

"Jason you need me out of this wall. To help lead this team." Zordon exclaimed

"Your teams dead, and you're just as scared as we are." I told him before I left I guess Shelby wanted to tell him something to because she stayed behind.

Me and everyone else were waiting for billy to explain how he morphed when Shelby came back

"Looks like I'm sitting in the dirt." She said because there were no other chairs

"No come sit with me there's enough room." I told her as everyone started to say awwww "we're just friends guys."

"Friends don't go on secret dates and make brownies together." Kim said

"I completely forgot we have the same best friend." Shelby said as she sat down

"Anyway, I think we can't morph because we don't know each other." Zach explained "Im Zach and I am a power ranger." He said

"Hi Zach" we all said slightly laughing

"Truth: I live in the melody mobile home park. It's just me and my mom and my mom, my mom is the best!" He said shouting the last part "but my mom she sick. I do what I can but-but I'm scared, sometimes I get too scared to stay there at night cause I'm afraid she can't make it. And if she goes-when she goes, I got nobody else. Look I think being with you guys is good for me." He said as he finished

"Let's do that, tell our secrets it'll-it'll help us. Ok I got a secret, I like country music. No matter a fact I love country music. And I-I don't miss my dad as much, I mean coming to the mine with him was all I had. But coming to the mine with you guys is just as good." He told us

"Bigger secret why were you in detention?" I asked

"Cause I blew up my lunch box. It was an accident. My lunchbox was in my locker, boom goes the lunch box, in detention goes billy. Let's not forget that Kimberly hart was also in detention too so." He said as he pointed to Kim.

"Not tonight. skip me." She said

"What about you dude why don't you tell us who you really are?" Zach said looking at me.

"Because everyone knows exactly who I am." I stated

"Ok" he said looking over to Trini "what about you crazy girl?"

"I'd say anything and you'd have to believe me." She said and we all looked at her "ok, um I'm the new girl always 3 schools in 3 years. What's crazy is I like it that way. No body ever has to get to know me and my parents don't have to worry about my relationships." She said taking a drink

"Boyfriend troubles?" Zach asked

"Yeah, boyfriend troubles." She said nonchalantly

"Girlfriend troubles?" He asked as billy looked over

"My family is so normal. Too normal. They believe in labels. they uh want me to: dress differently, talk more, have the kind of friends they want me to have." She said
"I've never said this out loud before"

"Well it's cool you with us now" Billy said

"Am I? What does that mean when all this is over? Are we friends? Or are we power rangers?" She asked

"Shelby would you like to share with the group?" Zach said trying to avoid the question

"Ok, when I was younger I never really had a dad I mean he was there but not really you know. And when I was 10 my mom was diagnosed with cancer she fought hard but she lost the battle when I was 12. After that my dad couldn't "afford" to take care of me but I was lucky enough to have met emma my best friend both her dads took me in after my dad left. What's crazy is I don't miss him I miss my mom like hell but not my dad. Hey but on the plus side I have 2 now so." She said as she finished talking

We decided to cut it short and go home
