I was entering the Tomioka Residence and was suprised that there were no obstacles nor training equipment..
Was there even a training?
Did Giyuu not join?
I went to his room and then went to the balcony..
I saw Giyuu looking up at the sky, he didn't look like he was tired or anything
"Nii-chan, where are the training equipment? Where are the other slayers?"
He didn't reply
" Didn't you join?"
"Make the other hashira deal with that, the water pillar's seat is vacant"
I was shocked and angry at the same time
"Vacant?! Did you resign?"
"No"
"Then why even is it vacant?!?"
"I didn't pass the selection remember? If Sabito was here, he would have become a better hashira"
"Now, don't go on emo mode on me, Are you even thinking straight?!" I walked to him
He kept silent
"Sabito-San's death... Your still not over it aren't you?"
He shook his head
" If he was here, what do you think he'll do?"
He didn't reply
"Nii-chan -"
"Why are you wearing that?" he cut me off
"My haori got ripped... I only had mom's old one"
"I see... Hey, why don't you become the water hashira?"
"I don't want to.." I whispered
"Why?"
"I gave it to you didn't I?"
"Your right but-"
"Don't you want to accept it? Don't you want to think it's destiny for you to become the water pillar?"
"No.."
I looked down with my eyes filled with rage...
"Y/N, I shouldn't be a slayer anyway I didnt-"
I grabbed his collar and pinned him to the wall
"Complete your sentence and I'll make you kill all the demons in this area"
"Your pissing me off, Your insulting Tsutako Nee-san, Sabito-san.. It's like saying to them that you don't need the sacrifice they made, how irritating, now, forgive me for being rude, Nii-chan.." I said bluntly
I took my hands off him and looked him in the eyes..
I saw his shocked expression..
" Your right... I'm sorry, I'm terribly sorry, Y/N... " he apologized
I remained silent
Then, he hugged me..
I hugged him back
"Nii-chan... Don't say that again... Please" I whispered
"I'm going to sleep... Night.." I said and walked back to my room..
I still have to stitch my haori...
Then, I took a needle and a couple of different colored threads and sew the haori back together..
Afterwards, I put my mother's haori back in my closet and placed my haori near my futon...

*THE NEXT DAY*
I woke up and changed immediately..
I went downstairs and made food for me and Giyuu..
*TIME SKIP*
"Nii-chan! I'm going out now!" I said and went to the Tokito Residence..
I opened the door and began training with Muichiro

"Y/N-san~!!!!" Tanjiro said and ran to me.
"HI..." I mumbled
He hugged me and kissed my cheek
"How are you?" he asked
"I'm ok.. You?"
"Same! And uhmm.... Wanna go out for lunch?"
I nodded
