This used to be an abandoned BNHA meme book, and I decided to recycle it rather than create a new one. I'll let everyone know, and then go through and delete comments, etc.
Anyway, back to the oc generator!
If you haven't already, all you need to do is pull up/download a random number generator, and adjust the settings as instructed. Some of these steps are optional, and you can always come up with your own extra details, either randomly generated or not.
At the end I'll share my oc that I got from this, and the story I've created around them. Feel free to use them however if you want to.
