Shinobu's pov.

I was walking in the forest Alone looking for a demon, there was some rumors about people who are disappearing once they enter the forest

Oyakata-sama already sent some kanoto to handle the situation, but no one of them returned back, so oyakata-sama sent me to kill the demon

I was looking for the demon for about half a hour now, but I didn't find it yet......

"Hello there, beautiful lady~" I heard a voice from behind me so I turned around to see who's the voice's owner, only to see a tall figure with a H/C hair color and an E/C eyes color, they were having a wide smile on their face

*A/N: I think that I am supposed to say they/them/their in gender neutral, right? (;;;・_・)*

They also had fangs and tall nails, I immediately knew that it was a demon

"Ara Ara~ Hello Demon-san, thank you for calling me beautiful" I said while having my usual smile, unsheathing my nichirin blade at the same time

"It's nice to meet you lady, and I hope that we can become friends" the demon said with a smile wider than the previous one

"I hope that we can become friends as well but first, May I ask you how many humans did you eat until now?" I asked

They murmured something before answering, but I didn't hear it

"Humans? Why would I eat them? Animals are enough for me" they said with a visible shock in their faces, like they don't know that the demons eat humans

"Animals? I'm sorry but, a few demon slayers came to this area and never returned, do you know what happened to them?" I asked despite not understanding what they meant by 'animals', aren't the demons supposed to eat humans?

"Demon slayers? Do you mean the burgundy haired boy who has a scar on his forehead, the blonde haired boy, the boy with the boar mask and the cute Demon? If yes, then I sent them to a better place" they said with a small smile

"I'm sorry, but I don't think that we can become friends" I said unsheathed my nichirin blade

"Insect Breathing, Butterfly Dance: Caprice" I used my form and stabbed the demon a few times so he can die from the poison, but......

"Wisteria? It's my favorite flower" they said happily

It didn't work.......

I was obviously Shocked that the poison didn't effect them, and now they started walking towards me

"Ne Ne, wanna go and have some fun?~" they said as they held my hands

I immediately took my hands back, and when I blinked, everything seemed so different.......

The trees were now almost transparent, they looked kinda like....clouds?

I wanted to touch them, But then I remembered that I'm in a mission
