i mostly think of this ship happening after the studio closed, where henry just came back and grant didn't die?? I'm not exactly sure why lol
But also while the studio is still open!!! if henry alone couldn't stop joey from doing stupid shit maybe both he and grant could? xd (considering they're very close, not just friends/colleagues like in canon)
i also like to imagine that joey is, like, the one who likes showing public affection the most and would occasionally flirt with both of them during work (henry finds it adorable and flirts back, grant isn't really a fan though)
but! grant loves cuddling at home :'')
it might be hard for henry though since joey and grant have problems with their mental health so they probably would vent to him often but i guess henry is, like, very good in just listening and not only about problem-solving hh
