Our heroes have braved the depths of the library and fought through every challenge they encountered to earn their freedom. Now, with their bonds strengthened, Harper and Morgan wander head first into the sun-scorched Glass Desert. The duo must cross a region of vicious and dry heat filled with all sorts of new dangers to eventually arrive in Nayak. Once returned to civilization, they will have to face a difficult question: what comes next?
With the first arc complete, Harper's Pathos will take a hiatus for a few weeks. It will most likely return in mid August, and I will edit this to give a specific date when I have one.
(Edit: Arc Two begins on Friday, August 21st)
To keep my profile active during this break, I will be releasing a short story on July 17th called "Out of Time." This story received an honorable mention during the 2020 Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. It takes place within the same world as Harper's Pathos, though it follows different characters in a far away country.
