I can't post any of my vids here, but here is one. The music in this is called "Dreaming at 432Hz" and here it is played but you can just search it up on YouTube if you are going to do meditation, it is very good for it. First off, it's 12am where I am and at the time of writing this but I don't care. But here's the twilight in the morning. You start with Astronomical Twilight in the morning. This occurs when the Sun is between 18 and 12 degrees under the horizon. Any lower and it is full night and any higher then you're at one of the next two twilight phases. Astronomical twilight gets it's name from that astronomers can see the brightest stars but the dimmer ones fade away. Next is Nautical Twilight, my favorite twilight phase, because the night sky dissolves into a pretty shade of blue. This is when the Sun is between 12 and 6 degrees under the horizon. Any higher then you're at the latest twilight phase or even daytime if you get much higher. Any lower then you're at either Astronomical Twilight or Nighttime. Nautical Twilight gets it's name from the fact that sailors cannot navigate via the horizon out at sea before or after this phase of twilight, hence nautical (meaning sea or something that has to do with sea) and twilight (meaning between light and dark). The brightest twilight phase is Civil Twilight, it starts when the Sun is 6 degrees under the horizon and ends with a pretty sunrise. In the evening it is vice versa, starting with a pretty sunset and ending when it reaches 6 degrees under the horizon. Civil Twilight is called that because I have no idea. Though the army has civil twilight signals, but that's the only hint it has to do with the Civil war. Though some say it is an unCIVILized twilight phase and some people consider civil twilight daytime. It is more likely the latter how Civil Twilight got it's name, it didn't get it from the Civil war. Now I love twilight because it adds an additional 2 more hours of light. It also looks pretty as a wallpaper. And the sky turns blue and orange and pink.
