At the peek of self discovery I stood at the edge, fading unto the ordinary Has always loved the blinding lights Always caught up bending my way towards I was in full jealousy The urge of people's approval became my priority From the tip of my hair, down to the measure of my waist - I was in full blast Thought the thickness of my eyebrows can cover up my agony Expecting the bright color of the lips could fade the full envy But instead became a weeping clown easily Until, i open the palms pressed Of everything in full contrast Choosen a light shade on thy skin It became a perfect resting peace i needed And finally, everythig felt a little more lovely.
