"Vo... Vo pehle.. Who was talking??" still little sleepy Ashi said... Randeep smiled that even in sleepy form, his Maina can recognize his voice...

"zain tha..." he replied while giving look to zain

"but why??" she rubbed her eyes lightly, still laying on bed

"then why did you call me?" she sat down on her bed

Randeep can't concentrate on call as zain kept murmuring something on his each sentence.. On other side ashi said "randeep are you okay naa??"

"yes.. I.. I am absolutely okay... Why are you asking? Randeep replied

"Matlab itni raat to call kar rahe ho.. So I was just asking..." Ashi looked at the wall clock..

"k.. Kyu.. Mene bahot late call Kiya?? Nahi Karna chahiye tha..."

"no.. It's not like that.. I mean tumne kuchh kaam hoga Tabhi call Kiya hoga naa..." she had no clue why he had called her...

"kaam... Kaam to nahi kuchh.." saying randeep while zain widened his eyes...
"matlab hai.. Kaam hai Tumse isiliye to call Kiya naa..." randeep immediately correct his sentence

"so tell me..." said Ashi

"vo ye... Ke tum.. Matlab you... I mean I.. I... I want to ask.. Umm... How are you... How's going all.." randeep and his hesitation to say iloveyou

Zain was getting angry by his hesitation.. He muttered "lockdown hai... Ghar me hai apne.. Kaisi hogi.. Achhi hi hogi.."

Randeep also get angry by zain's continue muttering... He put his hand over phone so that Ashi can't here what he is about to say... He said in irritation "tu hii karde propose..."

"tujhe dekhke yahi lagg raha hai ke isse achha to me hi karr deta propose.. Kaisi Ho.. Kya karr rahi ho.. Ye question hote hai raat ke 12 baje puchhne ke liye..." zain replied in same irritation

"Haa to direct kaise iloveyou bol du!!" said Randeep

Zain grab the phone from Randeep and said loudly "aise.."
It take a moment for randeep to realize that zain started talking with Ashi from his phone
