he mumbled something in response and ellie went in for the kill.
"pleaseeee can i have a little bit of food" she whined miserably.
payton sighed but still handed over a few little bits and pieces to the hungry girl.
"oh my god, oh my god thank youuu" she replied and gave him a quick kiss on the cheek.
payton froze for a split second and slowly looked at the girl. the pair have cuddled before, yeah of course but they never did that to each other before.
payton found his cheeks becoming very hot and red, ellie found her cheeks feeling the exact same. the two shared a little giggle.
"holy shit" payton mumbled
"holy shit indeed"
payton couldn't stop smiling.

"wow i have a lot of old pics from my stay with bryce and all them, and joshy and jaden" ellie muttered quietly to herself.
it was the next day and she felt like posting on her second instagram account, because why not.
payton was here, of course. he was doing stuff with his guitar and was really concentrated with whatever he was doing.
ellie chose the pictures she felt like posting because they 'hit different and started getting all the data needed.

"well ok listen, i did but i just did it to mess around like he gave me some of his food, so i kissed him on the cheek to thank him, nothing deep" ellie explained, trying not to laugh during the sentences.

right as faith said this, her brother, payton came marching in.
"don't you dare faith"
"already did sorryyyy" and like that she was gone.
ellie was grinning like mad.
"soooo, you talking bout how i kissed you on the cheek huh?"
