^ i have found that when i make my bed it sort of sets the mood of the day to be productive and tidy.
。if a task only takes a small amount of time, just do it. Example: Putting clean clothes away.
。having a place for everything.
。writing your list of errands / crossing them off once you've completed them.
^ i find this helpful because it shows me the progress that i have made / am making. it's also pretty satisfactory.
。make a habit of tidying up your room before you go to sleep.
。go through your photos and emails.
