Lauren's POV
I've known Daniel just over two months now. I can tell I have feelings for him I won't deny that. We flirt all the time and we act like a couple. This is our first date and I have the same nerves I had yesterday when we met.
Would I want to be his girlfriend?
Yes of course he's so sweet, caring and funny his looks are just a bonus.
He was taking me to the cheese cake factory. I was pretty excited aswell as nervous because I had never been to the cheese cake factory.
We arrived to the restaurant by Uber and we were seated instantly as Daniel booked in the day we met. The waiter had handed us the menus and we began to choose what we wanted.
"What you thinking of getting" Daniel looked up from the menu
"I think I'll just get the tomato and cheese flatbread pizza that looks really good" I said still looking at the menu and then looking up and meeting his eyes
"What about you?" I returned the question
"Hmmm maybe the molto meat flatbread pizza" he said glimpsing down at the menu
We ordered our food and our drinks and waited till they were ready
"So what made you made you say yes to me?" Daniel said giving all of his attention to me
"The free food" I said joking. Daniels smile faded
"I'm joking, you obviously I love spending time with you and I really wanted to go on a date with you" I said dragging the 'g' on joking and smiling at him
He blushed and we talked until the food got here
"You look really gorgeous you know" he said after swallowing his food with a smile
"You don't look so bad yourself Seavey" I said and he blushed.
The rest of the date flew over and we enjoyed the company of each other. We were sitting talking and Daniel stopped talking as if there was something he needed to get off of his chest.
"You okay Dani?" I asked him concerned
"Yeah of course why wouldn't I be I'm with you" I said obviously worried about something
"Are you sure you seem like your worried about something! Tell me what's wrong?" I asked thinking the worst of the conversation
What if he realized that he doesn't like me anymore. Or if he just wants to stay friends. Is he going to friends zone me. All of a sudden he holds my hand across the tables and begins to talk
"I know it's only been 2 months but within these 2 months I fingered out of I really feel" he said with a smile
This is it this is when he tells me he wants to stay friends
"Your the most gorgeous, caring and funniest girl I know and I love that about you. So what I was gonna ask is" is pauses
"Will you be my girlfriend Lauren Taylor?" He asked with a big smile on his face
Woah. Is this too quick? Of course not Jonah and Megan have known each other a lot less time than us
"Of course" I said replying to him with the biggest smile I've had ever since I met him. He stood up and came round to where I was sitting and kissed me. Kissed me in front of the packed restaurant but he didn't care. I was his and he was mine. Like how we both wanted it.
We left the restaurant and Ubered home to see everyone passed out on the couch we check the time and it was only 11 pm which confused us because they never sleep this early. We didn't take much notice we walked up stairs to Daniel and Jacks shared room.
I went to the joint bathroom to get dressed into my pajamas which I stupidly forgot. I only packed clothes for tomorrow. I walked out back into Daniels room where I saw him shirtless and in sweatpants.
"Hey Dani?" I asked blushing seeing him shirtless
"Yeah?" He said turning around to face me
"So I only brought clothes for tomorrow and no night wear" I said shyly next thing I know a hoodie that'll obviously be to big for me was thrown at me
"Put that on" he said chuckling as I didn't catch it
"Okay" I said walking back into that bathroom he shared with Jack
The hoodie was wayyyy to big remembering I'm 5'4 and Daniels like 5'11 the hoodie was down to my knee caps and the sleeves were just dangling cover my hands. I walked out and Daniel laughed at me
"Bit big, but you look cute" he said looking at me
" thanks" I said blushing for 10th thousand time tonight
We got settled into bed and Daniel spoke up
"When do you want to post on social media that we're dating?" He asked wrapping his arms around me
"I mean my fans love you already" he added
"I mean I don't mind but I think we should wait at least a week or so" I said looking up at him
"Yeah that sounds reasonable" he said agreeing missing my forehead as we settles in bed one last time letting sleep take over us
