Part 6

Marks POV

A couple weeks have passed by and Witney and I have gotten closer and closer. We still officially weren't together, but I knew tonight would be special.

It was one of the most exciting nights of all, Christmas Eve. When the Ballas' celebrate Christmas it gets pretty interesting to say the least. We play the white elephant game.

I decided to invite Witney so she could see how crazy my family is.

It was only the afternoon and my mom and I were cooking dinner. She asked me "So is Dylan coming this year?" I laughed "Of corse he comes every year, and I also invited Witney."

My moms eyes widened "Jean's not coming?!" I looked at her sighing "Mom, Jean and I broke up a while ago. I already told you that. Plus what's wrong with Witney?"

"Nothing. She's a very nice girl, she's just young." My mom replied.

"She's 21, mom really." I said to her. "You know what she is a nice girl I'm sorry I haven't seen her in a long time." My mom sighed.

"Well you know we are never going to finish cooking if we keep chit chatting." I laughed as we continued to cook. I was so excited for my girl to come tonight.

Later on tonight all my family including Dylan was here except for one person. Witney.

ZjWe were all waiting for her to come so we could eat. Finally while we were waiting anxiously I herd a knock on the door. I looked out the peep whole and saw the blonde beauty I was waiting for.

I took a deep breath before opening the door smiling. "Hi, Merry Christmas." Witney said as she hugged me. "Merry Christmas." I smiled as I opened the door for her.

When we walked in Dylan saw Witney and immediately said "Witney! It's so good to see you!" And she jumped into his arms and have him a huge hug smiling.

I felt a tint of jealousy knowing that they were so excited seeing each other. Plus Dylan will be on the DWTS tour with us. The time that was just for Witney and I.

I knew that I had to claim Witney for myself and hopefully tonight would be the night.

Sense Witney was here everyone went to the table and ate. My mom carved our huge turkey and then everyone dug in.

"Wow Mrs. Ballas this was absolutely delicious thank you for having me!" Witney smiled after finishing her plate. "Oh no problem dear." Mrs. Ballas replied back.

After dinner we played the white elephant game. I didn't even notice Witney brought something, but she did.

All I could say it was complete chaos. Witney and I sat on the couch together just laughing at everything that was going on. "You know I never told you how beautiful you look tonight." I told Witney as I rested my hand on her thigh rubbing little circles on it.

She smiled, blushing she replied "But you do tell me everyday though. That's why I got you a Christmas gift." I smiled replying "I got you one too. Let's go in the other room it's way to crowded in here."

We went and sat on the stairs to exchange gifts. "You go first." I winked at Witney. "Okay." She smiled as she grabbed the big box near the door.

She handed it to me still smiling. It was a heavy box with candy cane wrapping paper and a green bow. When I opened it my eyes widened. It was a brand new guitar.

It was light brown with a golden top. "Wit, this must've cost a fortune." I whispered.

"Well your worth it." She smiled. "Well I love it. Thank you." I smiled wrapping my arms her waist. I slowly leaned in as she wrapped her arms around my neck pushing my lips onto hers.

Our kiss was slow but passionate. Making every moment perfect as if it was our last. I slowly pulled away winked as I handed Witney her present.

Without saying anything she opened the present and then smiled. "The purse! The purse that I wanted! How did you get this they don't even make it anymore!"

"Well.." I started "While we were in New York at the boutique when everyone left I bought it for you." Witney smiled and said "Thank you so much."

Right when I was going to say something there was a knock on the door and I herd footsteps run. I opened up the door and saw a box with holes in it. I picked up the box and set it down.

"What is it?" Witney asked as I opened up the box. "It's a puppy." I smiled.

It was a young yellow lab with a red now and a green collar. I picked up the dog smiling "Hey buddy. What are you doing here." Witney examined the box saying "Wait Mark look there's a note."

The note red 'Hi this is Rufus he is 10 weeks old and my family is not able to take care of him I hope yours is. Rufus is a lovable dog and very playful. Once again I hope you can take care of him. Merry Christmas!'

"Mark we have to keep him. He's adorable." Witney smiled.

"Uh when he grows up he would probably eat my moms dogs. Maybe he could stay with you?" I suggested. Witney smiled and said "Of course, I love dogs." I winked "Great,then it's settled."

Then I slowly leaned in and planted a soft kiss on her lips. "I love you Witney Carson." I sweetly whispered into her ear.

Witney blushed saying "I lov-" but got cut of by the sound of her phone ringing.

"Hello."
"Mom?"
"Ya I will."
"Okay, bye."

"Mark, I have to go my family is opening presents and they want me to be there because I have presents to open too." Witney sighed. "Okay." I smiled "One more thing. Where do we stand. Like with our relationship."

"Umm.." She started. "What do you want to be do you want more?" I replied "Well, I know I want more do you?"
