Tokoyo's Fashion Week was well... boring.

Hayoung was simply an accessory for Yuta, following him around as he chatted with the various designers there. One of main reasons why Hayoung was not enjoying herself was because most of the conversations took place in Japanese.

Occasionally, Yuta would be kind enough to translate for her, but that was quite rare. His mother and Riko on the hand, would try their hardest to avoid speaking in Japanese.

Luckily, Hayoung had met a few foreign designers, thanks to Riko, and began engaging in conversations with them. The bad part was that most of the time, they would turn towards the direction of Hayoung's engagment with Yuta, a conversation that she did not want to have.

"It must be so nice to be engaged to Yuta." One of the designers from Paris gushed. "I worked with him before, and he was an absolute pleasure." He is a pleasure. Until you start living with him. Hayoung thought.

"Yes, he is quite well-mannered." Hayoung replied. Luckily, the fashion show was about to begin, allowing Hayoung to excuse herself to sit between Yuta and Riko at the end of the runway.

"I'm warning you, these shows are very long and boring." Riko whispered to her.

"Sounds fantastic." Hayoung replied, leaning back in her seat.

Sure enough, the show was indeed long and boring. She watched as the models strutted down the runway, showing of the designs they were wearing. It wasn't until one model with shoulder length hair appeared, surprising Hayoung.

Yuta must have been waiting for this moment as he immediately sat straighter, a wide smile on his face as he stared at the model as she walked towards them. As she got closer, Hayoung recognized her face. It was the female friend Yuta had over last week. Sakura? That was her name, right?

Sakura stood in front of the two, posing. Hayoung noticed Sakura's eyes lock with Yuta's for a brief moment before turning away, walking back. After she left, Hayoung noticed that Yuta's mood was instantly much better, the male wearing a huge smile on his face for the rest of the show.

...

After the fashion show, Hayoung was required to attend a party, one for the special guests, designers, and models.

The second Hayoung had entered with Yuta, Riko, and his parents, Yuta had immediately called out one of the girls standing at a bar table.

"Sakura!" Yuta called out, waving his hand. Hayoung noticed Ms. Nakamoto flinch at the sound of the name before murmuring to her husband. Riko also tensed up as she saw the girl. Sakura looked up, smiling before approaching the four of them.

"Hello Mr. and Ms. Nakamoto." Sakura said, politely greeting Yuta's parents. Sakura gave Riko a small smile before turning to Hayoung, sticking her hand out. "I don't think we've met. My name is Sakura."

Hayoung took her hand, politely shaking it. "Hello Sakura. My name is Hayoung."

"Sakura and I go way back." Yuta said, smiling brightly as he put an arm around Sakura's waist, pulling her close to his body. Ms. Nakamoto suddenly cleared her throat, and Yuta's smile immediately faded, and his arm quickly slid back down to his side. Hayoung felt Ms. Nakamoto link arms with her.

"Sakura, Hayoung is Yuta's fiancé." Ms. Nakamoto said, stressing the word fiancé. Hayoung noticed Sakura's smile falter slightly before nodding her head.

"It was nice seeing you, I hope you enjoy the night." Sakura said, looking at Yuta one more time before disappearing through the crowd.

"Sakura, wait!" Yuta called out, but was scolded by his mother instead.
