It's okay... not to be okay

At one moment you feel invincible, you are the strongest person that excists.
While the other moment you feel like the weakest human that ever set a foot on earth.
But that's okay... You may cry, you may be angry. It's alright, let it all out.
Talk about it, write it down, make a video about it for yourself or listen to some sad music to help you let all the negativity out. Or give your boxball or pillow a big punch, that also helps to reduce the negativity. Just don't make it bigger.

When you're done, write some things down you're thankful for. Things that make you happy. Than do something that makes you happy and take good care of yourself. Treat yourself with something and remember that you are really strong and beautiful in your own way.

In whatever situation you're in, it'll be alright. That might sound cliché, but it's true. It actually will be alright.
