After Frankie's graduation

Together. I can't believe my baby girl is going to first grade, they decided to skip her to the next grade, after taking missive pictures. We all went out to Lunch, to celebrate Frankie's special day. We were going to go to the beach, but Frankie and my Dad a plane to catch in a few hours. We drove home so she Frankie change her clothes,
I wanted to drop off the balloons and presents at the house. Along with Francesca's awards, she got from school. I'm so proud of her
As soon as she was changing and use the bathroom. We headed back out the door, and got back in the car. I made sure the house was locked up safety, Frankie chose the restaurant cause it was her day. We all were in the car buckler, and drove off towards the highway. It didn't take us long

Me and Stef have dinner reservations at 6:00 this evening and were staying at the hotel near the beach. We have a flight to catch tomorrow morning

I tried not to blush cause l know what was going to take place later tonight. Joy came back with our drinks, and took our orders
I got a small salad, l ordered Frankie mac & cheese chicken strips and broccoli. Stuart got a turkey burger with fries, Stef asks for tacos and cheese dip. Joy took all our menus away and the table. Frankie's coloring on her kid's menu. I told my dad about the contractors coming on Monday to start on the improvements on the house,
He said he'll be there to let them in. I know that I can always depend on my father to be there for me. Unlike my so called mother, but that's another story joy brings over our meal.
My dad said the grace, we all bow our heads. And then we starting eating our food, Frankie was enjoying her meal. Stef offered me some of her tacos and cheese

Stuart just smile cause he was happy to see his daughter smiling again. He was glad Stef made his daughter happy, Stuart just wished his soon to be ex wife

He wouldn't talk about it around Lena. Stuart reached in his blazer pocket for his wallet to pay for lunch. Joy had came and got the empty plates, stuart put the money in the bill slot of the black folder on the table. And left a ten dollar tip for joy, Frankie and Lena came back to the table
Lena grabbed her bag. And headed outside with Frankie
Stuart wasn't sure If Lena over heard the conversation he had with Stef a few minutes ago.
Stef got up from the table to go see if Lena was alright, today turned out to be a lovely day
Stef just hope Lena didn't hear anything. Stuart could have waited to talk her at another time. It was Lena's birthday and Frankie's graduation. When l got outside l saw Lena talking to Frankie, so I waited until she finished. Before l spoke, when Lena got done giving Frankie a pep talk before she leaves to go outer town, Lena turned around and saw Stef standing there.
She wasn't mad at her, it's just she was furious with her father for suggesting that Stef would break her heart. Lena knew her father was over protected over her, but he chose to talk to Stef in a public place. Around a bunch of strangers, when Stuart came out of the restaurant. He knew Lena was upset with him,
Lena didn't want to show out in public. She felt in embarrassed by her father's behavior, Lena didn't want to hear his explanations right now. It was her birthday and she didn't want
Her the rest of her day ruined in a argument. Especially around Frankie, Lena went to get Frankie's booster seat from her car. Stef was talking to Frankie
Stuart walked over to his car
Lena sweetheart I'm sorry you heard that, Daddy did you have to do that today. How do you think l feel? Stef would never hurt me, Lena said. Your still my little girl Lena and I'll always protect you no matter who your dating Stuart States. Lena tell me what can l do to make things right between us Stuart asks,

Lena went to give Frankie a hug and a kiss, when she Frankie put in her booster seat. I love you mommy Frankie says l love you to baby. Have a safe trip and behave yourself and listen to your grandpa. I love you Stef
I do as well ladybug Stef tells Frankie. Before they drive out of the Denny's parking lot, Stuart beeps the horn both women waved by. And headed towards Lena's car and got in, it was still early. Stef suggested checking in the hotel, so they could drop off there luggage first.
