Im sitting in Nick's room at the hospital. Im scared. Its been a week. He hasn't woken up from his coma yet. Im sitting in his room praying and crying that he will wake up. When i suddenly heard the moniter beep fast. I got super scared.... Then i heard a long beep. ------------- fuck he flatlined. No no no this can't be happening.
open your eyes nick. Can't you see me? I see nick open his eyes and i start crying.... Nick. Tony? He says mad confused. What happened? Well on our way back from the party we got into a car crash and you were knocked unconscious. You were in a coma for a week and I've been here for a week. You stayed by my side? Yes of course. Nick. Right before you opened your eyes.... You flatlined. WHAT?!?! Yeah and its not the first time. Nick you've flatlined 5 times. What. Yeah babe. Ive been so worried that you would flatline again and i wouldn't be here. Babe im so sorry. Nick its not your fault. Its daisy's because she was the drunk driver. Ok can we leave? Not yet. Why not? Nick said sad. Because the doctor has to give us the ok to leave. Oh alright. Well can you go get the doctor. Sure i say. I get up and go get the doctor. Doctor. Yes mr. Lopez. Uh he woke up. Ok hold up i will get right with him. Ok. I head back into the room to see nick laying down with his eyes closed and the monitor beeping rapidly. His hearbeat is dropping fast. Nick no. He sits up and smile what. That wasn't funny i say scared. The doctor comes in and tells us that nick can leave after he signs the release forms. We sign the release forms and head out. I don't wanna go home yet. Well where do you wanna go? Let's go to IHOP. Nick suddenly thinks back to his dream and gets a worried look on his face. What is it? Nothing. Nick that face you just made said something else. I'll tell you when we get to IHOP. Ok. We get in the car and drive to IHOP. We get there and we wait to get our table. After 5 minutes we get seated.
(Nick's pov)
We sit down. So does this count as our second date? Yep. We order our food and while we wait we made tiktoks. Making sure not to put the other on it so people wouldn't know that we're on a date. Our food arrived and before i ate i made one more tiktok. I used that sound that goes like thats my baby. I turned the camera around and recorded my food and captioned it that's my bae right there. I posted it and turned off my phone. Me and tony ate and talked. We talked about our insecurities and our childhoods. I learned that when Tony was seven he fell out of a tree and broke his arm. Wow.(this was cute so i added irl, also tbis will be important for later)  Tony says nick so why'd you look so worried when i said let's go to IHOP. I recap my whole dream. I look over at tony and he's crying. Nick im so sorry and i know it must have scary thinking that it was real. Yeah it was Tony. I was losing it i say. That's when you woke me up. So thank you.  Nick when you're asleep you still think about us fucking. Oh shut up Tony. That's when my phone started blowing up. I look at it ahhh i kinda missed this. Then i read the first notification. Fuck. I yell. What's wrong tony said really concerned. So you know how i was recording my food saying That's my baby? Yeah. Look. I show him the video. What's wrong with it he asks. I zoom in. Oh fuck. Yeah. Now they think we're on a date. We are on a date but they don't know that. Right. You got my phone in the frame. And they know im here now. Lol. Yeah you're right. Anyways lets head back to the house. Yeah. We arrive at the house and when we walk in we see.....
