Lucy eats the cheese cake as Tsubaki leaves the ward...she talks with Natsu as she suddenly felt unwell and kept on feel like vomitting...

Doctor:" congrats...its a baby boy...4 months old"(grins)
Natsu:" eh?...baby?....(turns over to see Lucy)...it's an aka chan in your womb"(grins)
Lucy(surprised):" I'm glad....you'll soon become a father...this must be the gift that gray nii san gave to me"(sobs)
Natsu(embraces her):" we're going to be parents"(grins)
