he was in therapy for four months, and he only has intrusive thoughts when he's really scared
he still sees a therapist once a week
his favourite person is veronica and he would do anything to protect her

he has a collection of old records and he listens to them when he's stressed
he forgets to look after himself a lot but he always makes sure his friends are okay
his best friends are chandler and ram
he is friends with chandler because he checks up on her a lot and that's the first time someone has really done that for her
he is friends with ram because around ram he can act like a kid , because when he was actually a kid his dad forced him to act like an adult and he went through a lot
he is also friends with duke, mcnamara, martha and kurt
he is a night animal
he isn't religious but he believes in some kind of after life
he takes cold showers and baths, which veronica teases him for
his biggest dream is to one day have a family with veronica
