Guessing from the image he used his quirk to much and it went inside his body and went out of his eyes. I'm just predicting from the image. What do you think would of happen?
Another way Denki's quirk would malfunction could happen in the show. If Denki goes over his quirk limit, and it frys his brain cells. Then what would happen if he does it again?
