Estella POV - Unedited.

"Okay Essy you can do this" I straightened my clothes out as I looked at myself in the mirror.

Today was the day everything would change. Once upon a time I lived in a small town that treated me like a freak. I was the girl they whispered about or bullied. I was that girl who sat in the back of the classroom and kept to herself. I was that girl who spoke too thin air, but little did they all know the truth.

I could see the dead, talk to them communicate.. so many things that a normal girl couldn't do. I'd also come to learn over time that I could read someones future or past and heal any wound or disease. But it all came with a price, one I tended to keep locked up.

Times had changed and now I've moved across the country after finishing my degree in Mythology and philosophy, to teach at the university of Belgrave. Apparently they can't keep a teacher to save there life. But it didn't bother me. How bad can it be compared to where I did live. I was currently held up in teacher accommodation waiting for a house to leave escrow so now here I was in front of a dorm mirror dressing up for my first teaching class. I knew it was a little too casual but I wanted them to think I was a student. I've always had that on my bucket list, trick the student population. To be honest it's always done wonders.

After completing my look I picked up my satchel, my cup of freshly brewed coffee and slipped my phone into my back pocket

After completing my look I picked up my satchel, my cup of freshly brewed coffee and slipped my phone into my back pocket. I looked at the clock and swore as I saw the time.

"Shit.. you've got fifteen minutes Essy" my eyes widened as I ran out the door slamming it shut behind me. After much direction from a couple of students I finally made it to my classroom just in time to see everyone chatting away happily. I walked down casual placing my cup down and writing my name upon the board. Turning around I saw a few weird stares and intrigued stares, but I'm so used to that now that it doesn't even phase me.

"Morning everyone.." The class went quite starring down at me intrigue. "My names Professor Grayson and I'll be your Mythology teacher this semester" a boy raised his hand and I looked over smiling. "Yes Mr.." he laughed a little sitting up in his chair.

"Troy.. Troy Micheal.. Umm aren't you a little too young to be teaching" here we go I thought, there was always that one guy or girl who questioned why I was teaching or why I looked so young. Maybe its because I see I dead who knows. All I know is this happens every time.

"No.. I'm not. I'm twenty Three okay. I went hardcore on the studying, something I suggest" I pointed enthusiastically to the class. I heard a couple of moans and chuckled at it. "Anyway shall we start.. what I will say though is this class is not some pass class that you think you can do and get a good grade in, Mythology is just as important and has many interesting things about it." I grabbed out my computer plugging it in so I could display my slides. As I did my desktop saver of Harry Potter popped up and some people pointed with smiles. "Now for the fun part.. why are we here?" I stood out from behind the podium pulling out my presentation clicker. "I do five different class in Mythology and this class is dedicated to Greek Mythology.. one of my favourites amongst Mythological creatures." I pointed at one of my favourite greek Myths as I switched the slides. "For example. Pandora's Box, The Fateful Love of Orpheus and Eurydice, The Twelve Labor's of Hercules and even The three sisters of Fate. Will be learning about all of these and at the end of the semester you'll be turning in a thesis on your favourite Greek Myth. I've decided instead of multiple assignments. you'll be doing three small Five hundred word summaries on set readings and your thesis on your chosen Greek Myth" As the class ended I managed to keep nearly the whole close interested on the information I talked about.
