You are beautiful

You are a thicc girl so be proud

You are the light of the universe

You make your friends happy

You make your family proud

You are the definition of unique

You must know the way you speak is awesome

You are a poet with a capital P

You are the realist around

You are the baddest bitch in town

You have the voice for anything

You are loved but also you are hated

You are hated bc you're the best of the best

You deserve the best life out there

You deserve the best house on the block

You deserve the best marriage

You deserve the most amazing family

Though you are beautiful and full of light

You can't help feel ugly and dull

Though you help to your best extent

You can't help feel useless

Though you are the best friend your friends say you are

You can't help feel lonely

Though you have good grades

You can't help feel dumb

You need to think of tomorrow

You need to see that you are beautiful

You need to see that you are amazing

You need to see that no matter what happens

You are you

I am the goddess of my own dreams

I am the love of my own life

I am the best version of myself

I am the best sister to my little brother

I am beautiful

I am smart

I am awesome

I am the best

I am the girl of my own dreams

I am the loudest voice you will hear

I am the sweetest person i know

I am the meanest person i know

I am the best poet i know

I am the smartest person i know

I am the best girlfriend i can ever have

I am amazing but

I can't help but feel underwhelming

I am the best person but

I can't help but feel uninteresting

I can help but feel that i shouldn't be here

I can't help but feel the judgement from others

I can't help but feel like im fat

I need to be happy

I need to stay alive

I need to be the final poet

I need to ty my best at life

I need to try and find my thing

I need to love myself

Part three: she..

She is the light of the universe

She is the center of her own world

She is friendly

She is sassy

She is intelligent

She is a dreamer

She is young

So she'll make mistakes

Don't judge her for them

She's done things she doesn't want to remember but that's her past

So please don't look into it

She's the one you can vent to

She wants to be a teacher she wants to be loved and feel loved

She is and will always be her

She needs love herself

A/N: this was written by me in sophmore year, i performed this for the first time in front of my whole school. i was terrified and riddled with anxiety put i pulled through. all thanks to my friends who gave me the courage, to let the world know im a bad bitch and im not going to be told otherwise
