Darkrai thought he had seen everything in the world and would never have a good laugh .

If only his past self could see him now .

He had seen many things in his travels with Ash now in the past few months .

How Team Rocket blasted off into the sky amused him to no end and their speed would make the most prideful flying types jealous .

Darkrai enjoyed bullying Brock . Oh how he once tricked him into almost having sex with a watermelon and had a good laugh about it for days . Croagunk poison jabbing Brock in the latter's hormonal moments kept him entertained as well .

Of course the pitch black Pokemon was always an invisible observer of things either out in the open or in the Pokeball . When the 3 of his friends and trainers were alone , he trained with Ash's Pokemon improving their speed and agility as well as the strength of their moves .

The better part of his time when he wasn't helping training his fellow teammates was spent in Pokemon centres dodging the nutty Proffesor Oak who wanted to do research on him . Oh , how he hated the gleam in that Hairless Infernape's eye ! .

Along the way, they helped Pokemon rangers, helped Aura guardians, fought ghosts, helped depressed gym leaders and stopped at a summer camp when Ash made friends with a girl called Angie and Darkrai couldn't stop making sex jokes about them to get laid. Of course, some idiot construction workers opened a cave to the spirit world and a real life ghost came out. They had a confrontation with them and Darkrai remembered it very well.

It was when Dusknoir was protecting the kids, holding onto them when the ghost bitch was trying to drag them to the spirit world.

" Oh no you don't " Darkrai appeared out of the dark shocking the proffesors, including the team and the self proclaimed smart ass Conway who had arrived on the scene " Bitch, that's my human !. Go find your own !! " Darkrai then shot dark pulse at the girl ghost as she went back into the spirit world screaming. The cave entrance was blocked by rocks that fell from the impact. Darkrai then shot a Fire blast and flamethrower attack that melted the rocks as they blended together and cooled them through ice beam " let's see how you come outta that one !!! ".

Proffesor Rowan, his assistants and Conway were shocked seeing a legendary Pokemon while Angela was just awed.

That was not all, Darkrai also had a field day scaring children. Of course, when he was discovered, he received no end of insults from Rowan who Darkrai swore was the most menacing proffesor he had ever met, with that stare of his that could make even Arceus submit.

There was also Conway who he had a field day scaring and didn't regret it at all.

Oh, and there was also the addition of Gligar while Darkrai and Ash traveled around. The Pokemon was a pussy but got over his fear, evolved into Gliscor and saved Ash.

He trained with Chimchar , Ash's new Pokemon who was abandoned by his rival Paul and took the poor thing in , he had a special ability called Blaze that not only fueled his fire type attacks to a maximum but increased his speed strength and agility. Darkrai saw potential in Chimchar and that's how he found himself volunteering to be a target to increase the speed of his flame wheels.

" come on kid, give me your best " he took another flame wheel to him " ah, that's better, I can feel the damage ".

Sure, they had their ups and downs but the little fire ape was coming out of his shell.

" I really need to improve my knowledge of geography " Darkrai muttered to himself, loud enough for his trainer to hear as he floated beside him in Celestic town while being invisible.
