the diet I'm going to do is the 500 calories diet for one month. i got this idea from this girl on tik tok. she ate under 1,000 calories for one month straight and did kickboxing and lost 70 pounds.
but enough about her experience.
so the diet is basically is you eat 500 and under calories. for one day. it's going to be a struggle but I can do this ! ( hopefully ) the workout I'm going to do is a chole ting workout. i am going to do that twice a day and also dance to blackpink as if it was your last. between the two chole ting workouts
