luke stared up at the sky, his grip tightening around the rope in his hands as he thought about ashton, his ashton, his ashton who just a few days ago had been hit by a car on his way to pick up luke from work even though luke had insisted he stay home and now all he could think about was leaving the earth and flying to his baby and he was gonna do it so he tied the rope to the tree branch above him and put the big rock underneath, stepping onto it and slipping his neck through the rope as the rain poured from the sky and when he jumped off that rock the branch broke, and luke cried more than he ever had before, because the universe would never let him be with his angel but little did he know when he laid down to sleep that night his heart would stop and he would float away to heaven with his eyes open wide and his hands out beside him and he'd be reunited with ashton because no matter how the universe felt soulmates would always end up together.

kinda feel like this is confusing? basically ashton dies and luke cant handle it so he tries to kill himself but it doesnt work and he feels like the universe hates him but when he goes to sleep he passes away and is reunited with ashton bc they're soulmates? lol sorry it was messy
