Ms. Leda's POV
"I think Y/n been poisoned." I said looking at the queen with worry.

"I'll take her to her room. And I need someone to call the family doctor and tell her to get here quick. And also I need someone else to examine Y/n food to identify what kind of poison she was poisoned with. It can help find a treatment for her." I said as calmly as I can so I don't make everyone panic.

Y/n start coughing more. She look like she was in pure pain. As I was about to pick her up, she started throwing out. Just seeing her like that hurts me. Y/n cares for everyone in castle. She's also really kind to everyone. So I don't know who would do this to her.

It look like she was done throwing up so I picked her up and run to her room. I laid her down on her bed. I hear a knock on the door. I opened it and it was the royal pharmacist (aka the herbalist). She started taking care of the Princess's fever.

"She has a fever of 105 degrees. That's not good. And it looks like that fever is not going down anytime soon. We need to call the royal family doctor in fast." She says really worried

" Someone has already contact her." I said

" This is the first time that something like this has happened to anyone in the castles. Who did this and why did they target Princess Y/n. She's only seven. And why did they target her while the royal family from Clarnes is here?" The pharmacist said

" Maybe they wanted to try to pin the poisoning on them and say that they did it. Since they just arrived here and few days ago." I said still thinking of other reasons.

"Well there's going to have to be an investigation. Someone in the castle is trying to kill the princess." The pharmacist said

" But who and why? Again she's only 7. She not in the position for anything yet in the castle. Yes, she's the first princess, but she not going to claim the thorne anytime soon. So I wonder why they feel so threatened by her." I explained

"I think we can start the investigation with the cooks because she ate or drink something with poison in. And if it's not them then we are going to have to do everyone else in the castle." The pharmacists said scratching her head and signing.

The family doctor lives in the castle, which is good. Her and i only knows about the family secret. That's why I only ask the pharmacist to try to help her fever. But I really do wonder who would do this to the princess. Like i would think that they would go for the King and Queen, but they went for a seven year old.

A few minutes later we hear another knock on the door. Ms. Lee the family doctor is here. ( that's the doctor name.)

" Mrs. Leana you can go now thank you for taking care of her." She said bowing

The pharmacist walked out says good luck and left.

" Leda can you remove the princess's clothes for me while I set everything up." Ms. Lee said

" of course" i said. I did as I was said and remove her clothes.

"I'm done." I continued

" Ok let me do an examination." She said

A few minutes later

" Oh that's bad. The princess is turning blue. Do you guy know what kind of poison she was poisoned with?" She ask

" Not yet. Before I brought the princess up here I ask someone or anyone in the room to try to identify the poison." I explained

Once again another knock on the door. Wow just in time.

" I was told by the people in the dining hall to tell you the poison Y/n was poisoned with." Prince Izana

" Yes, thank you for coming up. So what was she poisoned with?" I said

" The poison is not as effective towards adults, but for Y/n's age it's deadly. She only survived because of the dragon. But if she was a normal person then she would of dead once she eat or drink the poison." Izana explained ( I didn't want to search up poisons because I don't want the government to think I'm doing something shady 😂.)

" Damn ok um I think I can save her. That information was helpful Prince Izana. Thank you." She said bowing

" Your welcome and I also wanted to ask, can I stay in here?" The Prince ask

" You want to staying here? Well I guess it's ok since you are a part of the secret. And you can also help me save her." Ms. Lee said smiling

" Thank you I will do my best." The prince said while bowing

Ms. Lee was making a special concoction to help the princess. It was suppose to help her in all areas like breathing, pain and other things. The prince was taking care of her fever. How sweet.

" Prince Izana I finished making the medicine can you give it to Y/n for me?" She said smile

"Sure." He said

The prince sat on the edge of the bed. He pick the princess's head up and fed her the medication. His cheeks turned a light pink.

" I think this will help. We'll have to wait a few hour to see if it reduced the pain and if her fever will go down." Lee explains

"Ok I'll put some new clothes on the princess. I'll still treat her fever. And I will contact you if the medicine hasn't worked." I said

" Can I stay and help care for her?" Izana said

" Yes you can. I think Y/n would me happy to know that you helped her. You can says that you saved her." I said while laughing

The prince blushes a darker pink. So cute. His starting to like that princess. Yay 🥳.

" I'm just teasing. But she will really appreciate that you are here." I said

" Ok thank you for letting me stay and help." He said

" You are very welcome." I said. Young love.

" Well I'll be taking my leave. Take good care to the princess, Prince Izana." Ms. Lee said as she walked out.

Still blushing, he just nods his head.

" I'll start putting her clothes on, continue tending to her fever." I said

He removed the now hot clothes on her forehead and dampen it and placed it back on her head.

" So how do you like the castle?" I said
