A white she cat with black dapples on her face and on her tail with black ears and had icy-blue eyes ran in and out of a camp, bringing supplies, prey, and kits with her. She looked around to where she had brought everything. She saw a few sane warriors and heard the cries of kits who were torn from their mothers. "Daffodilbloom... is this everyone?" Asked a black tom and the amber she cat looked at him with despair in her eyes and nodded. "No..." said a russet colored she cat. "Hazelclan is no more." Said Daffodilbloom. "We have everything and everyone that wasn't touched and infected by the shadows. We need to get as far away as we can." She said. "But Daffodilbloom... what your saying is we have to leave everyone and everything else behind? That's practically suicide!"
Daffodilbloom hissed "Do you want to end up like them?! Then be my guest! I'm trying to make sure we don't all die Shadowrunner!" The black tom looked at his own paws. "I know... but.." he sighed "I don't want to leave them." Daffodilbloom nodded. "I don't rather but if we are to survive then we must!" She turned to everyone "Hazelclan is no more! We must venture far away and start a new! If anyone wants to stay and die then that's their choice, but I urge you all to follow me!" All the cats cheered "Then it's settled! We shall leave immediately!" She said. A small white apprentice looked up at Daffodilbloom "What do we call ourselves?" She asked. "We call ourselves Daffodilclan!" Said a silver tom. "It's alright Silverhawk, you don't have to..." "Nonsense! You are our leader now! And like how Hazelclan was named after the great Hazelstar we will name Daffodilclan after you Daffodilbloom!" All the cats cheered. Daffodilbloom nodded. "Let's move!" She said and everyone cheered and followed her
"I'm just going on a walk it's fine Shadowstar!" Said Daffodilstar "If you say so." the tom said shrugging. The she-cat padded out of camp and walked along a route, looking at the sky. She heard paw steps behind her coming towards her fast. She tried to jump out of the way but wasn't fast enough. She was pinned down. "The shadows are back Daffodilstar!" Hissed the cat then it was all darkness. "Daffodilstar, it's time to come to the afterlife..." Said a voice. "I know." Said Daffodilstar.
