Skeleton monkeys attacked!

The sun was just barely peaking in the sky, the cat knew, he KNEW, he had to do it before they left. The cat padded out of camp and padded to the edge of the lake. He looked down at the rocks, and picked out one that was very heavy, "Yes, this should do." He murmured before picking up said rock and carrying it back to camp. Once he neared the camp he noticed that there was no one guarding their makeshift camp, so he just padded right over and into camp. Entering camp he made sure to carefully walk over to Blade, he leaned over and dropped the stone onto her skull, knocking her out. A kit watched with terrified eyed as he picked up Blade and carried her out of camp, the cat then reached the edge of the shore where he placed her down and began to dig.
When the cat finished he walked over to Blade and picked her up, after dropping her into the hole he placed rocks over her, so that when she woke up she would not be able to move. He also placed moss in her mouth so she wouldn't be able to talk either.

The sun was almost in full view when Blade woke up she muffled hissed and the cat smiled. "I see your a bit stuck my dear aren't you?" He smiled as said. "Your in a hole I dug, if I dig a bit more to the side, the hole will start to fill up with water. Now, I want to hear you beg for your life, and maybe I'll let you go!" He said with a smirk while he jumped down into the hole and took out the moss in her mouth. "You'll never get away with this!" She hissed and he smiled, I already have." With that he shoved the moss back into her mouth and began to dig right over to the side of the lake. Water pooled in and the cat smiled while padding back towards the camp. "T-the cat had gray fur!" Said Beekit he was shaking, then he passed out

    The water lapped at his paws, the moonlight glowing on his back, illuminating his yellow pelt. "I'll be with you soon Pollenfluff, I love you." And with that Sunstar waded into the lake. He didn't stop even though he couldn't breath.

   As dawn approached the tom slid out of the lake, coughing up water "Curse the gods!" Sunstar hissed as a patrol frantically ran up to him "Dad? Are you alright what happened to you?!" Asked a frantic Riverrush. Frostgaze and Fernstar were behind him "I'm fine..." mumbled Sunstar

As you neared the jungle something... strange happened...

    The sun was high in the sky, Sunstar and Fernstar walked side-by-side into the jungle, everyone behind them. Some look weary, others exited. "Is it safe?" Asked Irisfall, gazing into the jungle a panicked expression on her face. It felt as if the jungle was swallowing them whole, that there was no exit. Suddenly, there was an explosion! Cats got thrown into trees, others into vines, a few high into the air. Frostgaze let out a scream before everything went black
Unknown amount of time later
   Frostgaze opened up her eyes. She started coughing up sand. "W-what happened?" She said rubbing her head. Patchbreeze called down "Help! I'm stuck!" Patchpaw, Stormy, Malcom, Aster, Tiger, Irisfall, and Beetlekit were also stuck in the vines. Frostgaze looked around, worry spread across her face. She felt a paw hit her leg and she sprung around. Her eyes widened as she saw Lilykit's paw waving around, "Lilykit is stuck under the sand!" She said frantically attempting to dig the kit out. Sunstar, Frostgaze, Brookkit, Viper, and Jasmine came together. "Has your stone changed to a skull?" Asked Brookkit and everyone nodded. "What does this mean?" Asked Viper and Sunstar shrugged. "I don't know... I don't know..."

The cats sat in a circle, "What are we to do?" Asked Aster "I do not know..." responded Fernstar "How long were we gone for? Is Kelpher still alive?"  Asked Patchpaw, everyone was confused and scared "We dont know anything about this Jungle." Started Sunstar "But we do know that we were meant to come here, this is our new home! And we will protect it and each other to the end!" Everyone cheered, they didn't notice the glowing eyes in the bushes until it was to late, and they pounced
