OK, so if there is one thing Kiera knows, it's that George Weasley is the biggest pain in the ass she's ever met (his twin not far behind in her rankings).
He's a decent Beater with a huge competitive streak, which does not mesh well together with her as she shares exactly the same traits and has to play regularly against him during the Quidditch House Games at Hogwarts.
So, you can imagine the kind of issues they have to face during playing and once the game has finished - because there isn't a pair more rivalrous than Kiera Marley and George Weasley.
But, one thing Kiera knows that George (surprisingly) doesn't - she lives really close to him. And, he may or may not might have a woods around the back of his house that she may or may not go for daily runs in when she's not at school...
And he may or may not have become quite intrigued by the blonde girl seen in the distance behind his field jogging into the woods wearing her running gear.
So, it's quite a shock to the system when he learns that the girl is in fact someone he's sworn to have hated with his whole heart - also known as Kiera Marley.
So there is no way he's going to allow himself to fall for her. No way in hell.
