I think Hakagure is the traitor.
I mean, she's invisible, so no one would see her leave, and Kohei said that when she was revealed, she would be the prettiest girl in the Manga, so maybe they have a harder time believing it, helping the league?
We also don't know if she can turn her invisibility off, so anyone could see her in the streets and not know who she is.

We know it's not Deku, Todoroki, or Bakagou. ( No way in heaven or Hell. )
Denki and Kiri got arcs, even if the were a bit short, so I think that cancels them out.
Same with Momoyao and Jiro, and also Tsuyu.
Sato.... actually, that is feasible, because maybe he thinks his quirk isn't powerful enough and he kinda feels inferior? Maybe the same with Koji? I am debating on this one.
I know, especially in the manga, it's a little late to be debating this, but I really don't know what else to theorize without giving away Manga spoilers. ( But holy crow, the manga is inteeeeense right now. )
