              Nakamura's POV

I was on my way back home since I just finished grocery shopping, I lived in my apartment with Sunny, my dog, so I decided to buy some dog too

My apartment wasn't that far from the grocery store so I just needed to walk to get there
There was a short cut through the park so u took that way
The park was quiet, it's a weekday so I'm guessing not that much people went here today
I stopped infront of a bench underneath the Sakura tree when I heard something, footsteps?

"I know you're there whoever you are, it's useless hiding" I said without facing the person

"But I wasn't hiding Bakamura" the person said, oh I know that voice
Gosh what is he doing here?

I turned around to see a familiar red head
"Karma Akabane, why am I not surprised? It's so NOT nice to see you"

He rolled his eyes playfully at me
" I'm sorry but I don't really care what you think"

"So ..why were you stalking me like some creep? Oh my do you have a crush on me or something?" I smirked and put my hand on my waist

"Stalking you? Don't flatter yourself Nakamura, I just followed you because of this" he raised a familiar black wallet in his hand with a silver Star keychain
My eyes widen
"What the hell? Why do you have my wallet?! Give it back!"
I tried to get it from him but he raised it high in the air and since he was taller than me I couldn't reach

"You're not suppose to use my height against me Karma! Give me back my wallet!!"

He shook his head "not even a thankyou? I found this thing while you were walking out the grocery store"

"Just give it back" I tried again to reach my wallet but ....gosh darn it he's just too tall
Is this how Nagisa feels?
Aish never mind I need to get my wallet back

I backed away immediately hiding my blush and I was so embarassed that I didn't know what to do, he was still holding my wallet so I  kicked his leg
He was also as shock as I was and didn't realized what I just did until he felt the sting of pain in his  leg and he let go of my wallet and it hit the ground with a this
I took it from the ground and ran as fast I could not looking back at the red head

What the hell just happened?!!

Wait my groceries! Oh for damn sake I'm an idiot! I left my groceries with Karma! Oh For fudge sake!

It's fine..it's fine...that was just dog food and some canned meals..I can buy those another time...

                 Nagisa's POV

It was my day off today, that means I get a whole day all to myself
I took a sip from my coffee and sat it back down on top of my kitchen table
I was seated in a wooden chair next to it as I read This Savage Song, it's a nice book
I've been reading a lot these days, the school library was my favorite place to go when I'm on break from classes, it was always so peaceful there not to mention the cool air the aircon gives off
I turned from page to page reading every word from the book when my phone rang and got my attention

It was charging next to me so I picked it up, it can't be Kayano calling me, she did say she had a busy schedule today

I look at the caller's name , it was Mom
I no longer live with her since I have my own place now, I visit her some tea but not that often, why would she call me? It's not usual for her to call me, she rarely does, it's not that we're on bad terms , she just doesn't use her phone much and if she wanted to tell me something she would just go here and tell me in person
I pressed the answer button and heard my mom's voice through the line
"Nagisa, are you there?"

"I am mom, why are you calling?"

"I have news for you sweetie"

"Don't you usually just come here and talk to me in person if you had news?"

"Well, I can't right now since I'm at work"

"So, what did you need to tell me , mom?"

"Sweetie, your father and I thought we could go to America, to sight see, it would be nice if you could come with us, we would only be there for two months, I've never been to America before so I must say I am a little bit excited"

I smiled, my parents are really on good terms now, there aren't any more problems with the bother of them, I'm happy

"I'm sorry Mom, I can't go with you,. I can't leave my students , the school doesn't really provide substitute teachers that much, and I've still got tons of lessons I have to teach them, you and Dad could go to America, it would be nice for the two of you to have some privacy and spend time together, just the both of you"

"Well, if you say so, then we'll be leaving in two days, I'll see you in two months then sweetie, I'll say hi to your dad for you if you want"

"Ok mom, love you"

"I love you too"

I ended the call and placed my phone next to me
I haven't had any texts from Kayano yet, guess she must be really busy with all those projects, being an actress is tough I'm not sure how she handles it, but that's what make me admire her more, her never ending passion and her ability to stay strong throughout and challenge

After two more hours of reading I closed my book and walked towards my bookshelf
I placed the book on the bookshelf and went back to my phone
Still no messages
It's weird not having Kayano not text me, I think I've gotten used to her chatting with me all the time that it feels strange if she doesn't
I wonder if she feels the same way

I took my phone from the charger since it's battery was full now, I took it with me and sat on my black sofa
The moment I sat down I smiled
Because my phone rang telling me that someone texted me

And it was none other than Kayano

Welp that's it for this chapter,
Oh "this Savage song," is a really nice book, i hope you guys could read it, I bought it at National bookstore, the story is pretty amazing and so are the characters
They cool ooof
