(A) loves their best friend (B) and (B) knows this after a drunken confession from (A). (B) told them they didnt feel the same and (A) simply laughed softly and accepted it before moving on.
a little while passed and (B) pranks them by making them think that they liked them (either asking them if they wanted a kiss and then giving them a hershey's kiss or something else i dunno) only to slam them down flat for the purpose of a prank.
(A) avoids them for a while before befriending (B) again reluctantly after they apologized.
unfortunately though, (A) has decided to move on after the incident and (B) is falling for them. hard.
