Rena's POV

Horus looked up in the sky, Bek returned "Ra has fallen. Set has unleashed chaos!" Horus says

"So, how do we stop him?" Bek asks with determination

"You never give up, do you?" Horus questioned

"Only because Zaya told me not to..."

"You didn't tell her about our bargain?"

"Yes, I did tell her. And for some reason, she still believes in you."

"We must return to the capital." Horus says

"Then we have a long walk ahead of us." I spoke

"I prefer flying." I turned around to see a a carriage with thousands of birds flying it

"Nephtys. Even beyond death, she's trying to help us."

We climbed onto the carriage and we were on our way to the capital, Horus says

"Set has Ra's spear. He's drawing Apophis to the Nile, the source of all life."

"Why?" I questioned, looking at him

"To drink it. To destroy all creation." I looked forward "Ra isn't dead. And only he can make this right. But he needs his spear."

"So how do we get it back?" I asks

"Maybe it's time we go fishing." I looked at Horus, he smirks

I smirk back

We walked onto a balcony, where the builder, Urshu was praying,Horus grabs his shoulder

"Builder."

He turns him around

"We have need of you."

"It is the single greatest architectural achievement that ever was and ever will be." Urshu said as the elevator moved upwards

"My-" He paused

"I mean, Lord Set's obelisk stands exactly 2,220 cubits tall. And not a rod off. Built from seven billion blocks of granite, five billion slabs of Tura limestone, and nine billion talents of gold."

"And the lives of how many slaves?" Bek asks, I can tell he's angry at him

"5,930." Then Urshu noticed the necklace on Bek's neck

"No, wait. Make that 5,931." He points to the necklace, Bek was about to attack him but Horus stop him

"Don't. You need him to get to the roof." Horus said, I glared at Urshu

"I'll see you up top."

Then Horus jumped to the small window, leaving me and Bek behind

"You stood beside him like he was your friend." Urshu and Bek held eye contact "Oh, I know how it feels. Favour of a god. It's
intoxicating.I'm sorry you picked the wrong one to follow."

"He's improving." I said, bitterly

"Your women's still dead, isn't she? Shame. Such a pretty girl. Such lovely, soft skin."

Bek goes to punch him but it didn't work, he gets kicked, I went to help him

"Riches for the Afterlife."

I glared at Urshu, He takes off his robe, revealing gold armor

"You see? I'm ready to die."

I tried to punch him but he kicked me, he knocked the fire down causing the part of the elevator to burn, Bek tried to get the knife, Urshu grabbed his leg, Bek kicks him and grabs the knife

Then they started fighting until Urshu grabbed the knife and stabbed him in the stomach

"NO!" I roared, I get up and grabbed Urshu's hand and got the knife out of his hands

Suddenly the elevator stopped and one of the ropes broke the side tilted to the side, I run over to Bek

"Bek, give me your grappling hook"

He gives me his grappling hook, I throw it and it wrapped around a beam

Urshu tried to to hit me, I swing, turned and hit him, I grab Bek while holds his wound

'Come on, Bek, Stay alive'

I throw the hook behind Urshu and wrapped around his neck, causing his hands to fling to the rope on his neck

"By the way, Apophis is going to eat the Land of the Dead. You'll never make it to the afterlife now" I said

"What?"

I kicked him off the edge "hang on, Bek!" I said as I jumped

Urshu fell and the fiery elevator with him

Third person POV

Set and Horus fought, in the end Horus was down

"I think I may miss our little get-togethers."

He hits Horus with the edge of the spear, causing him to grunt in pain, Set raises the sharp end the spear

"But you're still no match for me."

He was about to kill him when Horus said

"You're right."

Meanwhile, Rena was getting ready to throw the grappling hook

"I'm just the bait."

Rena throws the hook end to the blade part of the spear, redirecting it

Rena's POV

Set glares at me with anger in his eyes,
"Now you're just becoming a pest." Set says, transforming into a beast with wings, He must've combined the pieces from the other gods!

He flew towards me, grabbing me and pinning me against a wall

He had Horus's other eye, I take out one of my dagger and took out his eye from his head, Set threw me to the other side of the obelisk

"Horus!" I yelled as I threw his eye

I glared at Set as I shouted to Horus "Horus! Take Bek, and get him out of here!"

"No, I refuse to leave you here!"

"I'll be fine!" My eyes turning slitted with my eye color changing sapphire blue. I heard no response from Horus as I see Set step back as he turns his attention to me. I smirked bitterly, biting into my hand to trigger the transformation.

"Round two, you son of a bitch."

Horus lets go of the edge and we began to fall, He transformed as Bek kept falling, Lucky,Horus caught us and flew him to safety, and he leaned Bek against a pedestal

"I told you Rena would steal your other eye, but you could have told me you didn't need it." Bek said smiling weakly

"Ra showed me the way but I didn't listen, I believe I needed my eye to transform but...my journey isn't to seek revenge at all costs just to protect my people..." Horus said

"Stop congratulating yourself you've got more protecting to do."

Bek and Horus see Rena and Set going at each other's throats. The glowing blue hue bright and clear for Horus to see. He nods and takes off into the air

I ran past Set's attempts to blast me with Ra's spear. "Ha! Missed me again." I flipped him off as I flew up. I've got minor cuts, but that wasn't going to stop me. I propelled forward and jabbed Set in the stomach.

A sharp painful sensation hit my senses as I looked down to see that Set had stabbed using my other dagger. Then he tossed me, through the air until my body met the ground. My hand gripped my stomach as he landed on the ground with the dagger still in hand. He smirk sadistic. I felt a stab in my heart, my eyes widened.

"Send my regards to my brother."

I weakly see Horus swoop down and battle Set. I crawled to Bek was. Then leaned against the structure.
