Tatyana walked down the hallway seeming exceptionally happy today. She recalled the good times she had with her new friend and they weren't bad at all. Never did she expect His Highness to be a kid at heart.

Whenever they had lunch together, he would complain endlessly about his day and she would just look at his silver eyes in admiration. It seemed to be true that one should never judge a book by it's cover.

She remembered the way his massages always hit the spot. He always knew just where to focus on and just how to work his hands around. If he would be the only one contributing to the friendship, she wouldn't be really happy.

He once claimed that her voice seemed to relax him and bring his temper down, as he was also a hot-headed person. She would sing to him songs that were engraved in her mind and it brought her delight seeing his furrowed eye brows and his pursed lips gradually relax and a warm smile spread across his face. Just the image of his charming smile added a skip to her step

A smile was plastered on her face when she saw his figure sitting under the gazebo. His legs were placed on top of each other and his fingers lightly tapped on the table. She shook her head and an aggravated look was on her face.

"Why can't I ever seem to be the first one to come here? You always tend to be earlier than I am no matter what." Hearing her voice, he looked up from the table and faced her; she could see a slight spark in his eyes.

"I thought you would have stopped trying a long time ago. You're pretty persistent Tatyana, I like that. Just know you will never, ever beat me. I'm unbeatable, get that through your head." A smug smirk could be seen on his face as he shrugged his shoulders.

"How I wish I could wipe off that smirk off of your face right now." She sat down on her seat and her mouth watered once seeing the steaming hot plate of food. Quickly grabbing her fork and knife, she was ready to start devouring the food that had been laid out. But Darryl stood up and flapped a napkin before laying it on her lap and tying another one round her neck.

"Did you forget your lack of table manners and how you always tend to splash the food and drinks everywhere? Now, be a good girl and eat like a proper lady." Tatyana pouted at his lecture and looked at the way his mannerisms were so admirable.

He really is of Royal blood. Just look at the way he holds his utensils. I mean, it is to be expected from the powerful Metuzan prince. Those were her only thoughts as she watched the way he ate so gracefully. Time to time, she forgot about her own food as she was focused on how he ate. Then, his eyes slowly glanced up and he met hers. Upon seeing that, she quickly diverted her gaze and looked at her food as if it were the most interesting thing she had ever seen.

"Oh by the way, my mother mentioned about a new chef who would be joining us the next week. I have once tasted his dishes at the Getuan princess's wedding and it was simply to die for!"

A worker from another kingdom? Do they wish for him to live his life in constant misery? Last time I checked, the Metuzan workers weren't very fond of people from other kingdoms. Hope the guy has the heart to go through with this.

"At what position will he be in?"

     "He'll be the head chef."

"Wow, seems like he really is a good chef. If he is able to attain such a position at the castle and did you say that Her Majesty was the one who called him?" In response he nodded his head. She wiped her mouth with the napkin on her neck and stood up to go back to work after waving him goodbye.

                                               *1 Week Later*

Tatyana walked in the now calm kitchen to take a glass of water as she felt parched. She turned on the tap and water rushed through the jet filling the glass instantly. The feeling of water flowing down her throat made her feel refreshed. When she took a glance to her right she saw a man sat on a stool his being showing his exhaustion. That must be the new chef.
