Bee With A Brush

On the delicate petiole blush,

Did I see a honey bee with a brush,

Entranced like never before,

Did she look enticing on her seat of hope,

Splendidly painting on a canvas magnificent,

she paused for a moment in glorious thought,

With a hand on her oval like waist,

she was in misery of what she knew not,

In her imagination did it look good,

in her reality of all that is black and gold,

Threw her brush in the bush,

Her canvas with a push,

And sucked from the soft like plush,

The sweetness with just a shrug,

Of wings festooned like a lug,

On the delicate petiole blush,

Did I see a honey bee flush.

Author's Note- Greetings to everyone! I sincerely apologise for taking so long to update, hence to make up for my absence, I have added four new poems to the collection. 'Cotton Candy Like Clouds' and 'Bee With A Brush' are some of my older poems, and I thought to include them here, so hopefully, you'd like them. Well, that is all from me, I will try to update regularly or as often as I'd be able to, honestly and I hope that everyone is doing well, I know that these circumstances are rather unfortunate and disappointing but please, don't give up hope, for surely it will get better. So, stay safe and take care, I will see you all soon :)
