THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING
"We'll be fine Kale we promise."Mia said as the girls set up stations for tomorrow and sleepover spots in our room.I smiled looking at him and he pushed his hand through his hair."But.."He said and looked at me."She has to eat a waffle and eggs for dinner Nugget really doesnt like blueberries and if you even let her see raw bacon she will get nauseous.Nugget makes her sleepy so she has to have a nap around 11:30-12:00.Tonight when you sleep with her in the bed and yes you have to make sure she has my pillow on the side of her bump and her body pillow under her left side.Do not put it on her right she will wake up every two hours to throw up."Kaleb said and he was gonna keep going until Mia covered his mouth."I know..Kale we have got her she will make it through the night and she will meet you at the alter."Mia said and Kaleb sighed softly."I know..but if there is so much as a sniffle from her im coming back im listening to Nugget too."He said and i smiled.He came over and hovered over me."I dont have to go."He said and i smiled."Bubba Nugget and I will be okay right Nuggie."I said rubbing my bump.He smiled and touched my bump too.Nugget kicked our palms and He chuckled a little."Take care of your mommy for me ok ill be back tomorrow."He said and kissed my forehead.Then he leaned down and kissed my bump."I love you both so so much."He said and i smiled before he grabbed his stuff.He walked out reluctantly but Mia closed and locked the door.
"Alright now toilet paper dresses and snacks.."She said and i smiled."You guys can drink i dont mind."I said making them cheer.I laugh and Hailee sits with me while Jamie, Rebekah, Billie, Mia, and Lily were getting snacks and drinks."Hows the little pup?"Hailee asked as she touched my bump."Kicking like crazy."I said and she smiled when a small movement hit her hand."Have you decided on the nursery?"She asked making me shrug."We wanted to see if we could convert the little room across the hall into the nursery but beside the crib were stumped."I said and she looked confused."Everything we like is either too gender based or gender reliant."I said and she nodded."Well we could use one of those old wives tales to see if youre having a boy or a girl."Rebekah said as she and the other girls walked back in.I smiled and nodded."Yep toulet paper dresses snacks drinks and old wives tricks."I said and the girls laughed.For most the night we messed around and talked.Finally at the end of the night we settled down and went over my vows."I still cant believe theres gonna be a baby savior in two months time."Rebekah said and i nodded."I mean it was obvious the way You and Kaleb were always getting down."Hailee said making Jamie,Billie, Mia, and Lily laugh."We we're actively trying."I said as Billie tied off the braid she was doing in my hair."Were gonna go for a natural look right?"Lily asked and the girls confirmed."The pup has grown a lot since you found out."Billie said starting another braid."Usually takes 9 months to grow a human baby so..im guessing youre tired."Jamie said and i shrugged smiling.
"Almost two months now im getting used to it."I said and the girls smiled."Ooh lets lay her on the table for the trick."Mia said as my hands rubbed my bump.The girls helped me up as Billie quickly finished and then helped me to get on the table.I laid down feeling bigger than usual.Slowly Rebekah held an old necklace above my bump and it started to swing."Err..i dont know if that means boy or girl."She said making the other girls laugh.I smiled as she rested her hand on my bump."Maybe another trick."She said and i nodded.We all tried to determine whether it was a boy or girl.
"Alright whats the count?"Mia said to Lily."Majority its a Boy."Lily said and i smiled.I rubbed my Nugget softly and let him feel as much love as i could."Ill adore you boy or girl my nugget."I mumbled softly.I felt a little but strong wave of the most warm feeling from my bump and it made me extremely happy.The girls let me be while they talked and laughed.I just wanted to listen to my nugget.
Soon Mia was tucking my pillow under me and i smiled in thanks.Nugget pushed against my side and it cramped a little.I bit my lip and rubbed that spot softly."Daddy will be here tomorrow nugget."I said softly and pulled the blanket over my body.I held Kalebs pillow close to my bump and slowly fell asleep surrounded by Kalebs scent.The last thing i felt was the pup moving and it calmed me more than ever.
