*Backstory: Rei was a very talkative child. Nothing could stop her from talking until the day she got her quirk. She tried to tell her dad she got her quirk but ended up muting herself, which wasn't exactly odd for people with her quirk. Sure she can't talk but that doesn't change the fact she's still as energetic as she was
Explanation Of Quirk: User can control the Volume of themselves and others and even mute them
Function: User uses their left hand to decrease volume, right to increase, and both to mute.
If volume is loud enough, it can have the same effect as Present Mic's Quirk
Drawback(s): User themself are mute, on certain occasions they can speak. Since Rei is unable to unmute anyone, when she mutes someone it lasts about a day
