Brief Description: User can balance anything on their head, regardless of shape, size, or weight.
I am not kidding, there is no limit to the heaviness of objects.
Obects will remain perfectly balanced despite any outside force until the user releases their quirk.
Living things can also be balanced and will be trapped until the user releases their quirk.
Drawbacks: The user's arms will remain normal human strength, so while they could carry a battleship they could not lift it onto their head themself.
