Daniel came to school with big dark sunglasses on and you wondered why

"Come on, Daniel. Take them off." you pleaded
"I wanna keep them on." he answered softly
"I wanna see your eyes." you smiled
He pulled you to a corner and took them off, revealing a huge black eye on his right eye
"Daniel! What happened to you?" you asked obviously very worried
"Nothing. I just ran into a pole. But hey, at least you could see one of my eyes."
