David and Natalie are on their couch cuddling when David looks at her, "hey Nat?" She hummus in response "Could I ask you something?" She then becomes more serious knowing that he's not joking around. "What is it Dave?" She asks, he sits up and takes a deep breath in before asking "Could we maybe adopt a kid?" Natalie's eyes go wide as she chokes out the word "what?" David looks down and starts fiddling with his fingers and says "I don't know I've just always wanted to adopt and I think I'm finally ready, but, if you're not ready then I completely understand." Natalie shuts him up by wrapping her arms around him and whispering in his ear "I'm ready, but I don't want you to regret it" she slowly pulls away with her arms still around his neck. "Are you absolutely sure that you're ready for this responsibility?" David nods excitedly. Natalie chuckles and then asks "well, how old of a kid are we talking about?" David thinks before answering, "I was thinking a teenager" Natalie nods and slowly says "okay well then I guess we're gonna have a kid."

They smile at each other and David slowly brings Natalie into a long, passionate kiss.
