Jyles's POV

I was walking over to Mario's cabin, planning on asking him on a date. I got to the door and knocked.

"Coming!"

I took a step back and waited,

"Oh, hi Jyles"

"Hello~"

"I thought we didn't have training today?"

"We don't, I just came to ask you something"

"Oh?"

"Yes, I was going to ask if you wanted to go to the human world with me?"

"Why?"

"Just to hangout and explore"

"Sure"

He left his cabin and closed his door, walking beside me.

Once we left the camp and got near the city, I stopped us.

"Hold on"

I snapped, changing our clothes and making me look more human.

"HOW?!"

"How what?"

"I've been trying to change my clothes forever and they ALWAYS change back, how did you do that!?"

I winked,

"Its just magic, baby~"

I watched his face turn red and chuckled,

"Now let's get going, shall we?"

"Right"

I grabbed his hand and started walking.

Mario's POV

'Why does he always do this? Surely he knows how it makes me feel '

"Mario?"

"Huh, what?"

"What? Are you to distracted by my dashing good looks?"

"W-what? Why do you ask?"

"Because you ignored my question and stayed staring at me"

"I-I was staring at you?"

"Yup~"

"Sorry I was distracted by something. What was your question?"

"Is there anyone you'd like to visit?"

"Oh! Yeah my mom doesn't live to far from here"

"Alright, well lead the way"

"Right"

We walked a bit, stopping at a cafe to get some coffee and donuts. Once we got to the house I knocked.

"Just a moment"

The door opened, revealing my mom.

"Hi mom"

"Oh! Mario what a surprise!"

"Yup, just here to visit"

"That's nice. And whose this?"

"Names Jyles, pleasure to meet you"

She look down between us and smirked.

"Come in"

She stepped aside to let us pass,

"Mario may I speak to you?"

"Sure"

I let go of Jyles's hand and followed her.

Jyles's POV

As Mario and his mother walked away I sat down and looked around the place.

'This is quite nice '

I leaned my head back and closed my eyes.

"MOM!"

I shot up, my heart racing.

'What the heck!? '

Mario and mom came downstairs, Mario's face a bright pink mess. He sat down next to me and covered his face with his hands.

"Well now that, that's out the way. Would you boys like to stay for dinner?"

"It would be an honor"

I stood up, grabbing Mario's arm and forced him to stand with me.

"Thank you for the wonderful dinner"

"I'm glad you liked it"

"We should get going now, love you mom"

"Love you, see you soon! And bring your boyfriend again!"

"MOM!"

I smiled,

"I'll be sure to come back!"

"YOU TOO!?"

We laughed as Mario and I started walking back to camp. When we got back, I walked Mario to his cabin.

"I had fun, even if you and my mom were being weird"

I chuckled,

"I'm glad, I had fun meeting your mother"

"Yeah, maybe we could go back sometime"

"That would be nice. Anyway I should get going, Goodnight"

"Goodnight Jyles"

I turned to leave before stopping,

"Oh! I almost forgot"

"Hmm?"

I touched Mario's face and planted a kiss on his lips.

"Goodnight!"

"Wha?"
