My car whirred as I sat in it. I wasn't in a rush to go home, so I was just sitting here. Today had been extremely fast-paced and I needed a breather. I did some mental breathing exercises and I was feeling better by the second.

A silhouette of a man was walking towards my car. I cut my breathing exercises short as I instantly recognized him. It was Bright. He was carrying a folder under his arm and he looked worn out. Coincidentally, he had parked infront of me. I scoffed at how low the chances of that were.

I watched him get into his car and close the door, but just like me, he just sat there. He didn't start it or turn anything on, he sat there with his eyes on the dashboard. I saw him cover his face with his hands. Something inside me hurt, and I wanted to jump out of my car and comfort him, but I couldn't.

We aren't close anymore. I can't do that.
