Our aim is to keep these awards sweet and short! To achieve our goal we need your assistance. Participants and judges please fill out your respective forms as soon as they are up and urge others to do the same. Thank you.
• 6th of August ~ Forms will open
• 20th of August ~ Forms will close
• If a genre does not fill up by the 20th of August we will either consider discontinuing it or we will continue with less number of participants.
• 21st of August ~ Judging will officially begin
• However, depending upon how fast the forms fill up, if a particular judge has three participants assigned to them, they will be required to start judging immediately. This will permit the awards to wrap up faster.
• 27th of August ~ Judging will officially stop
• ALL judges will be required to send in the results through email. They must send in a breakdown of the scoresheet (which will be listed in the judging criteria chapter).
• The results are to be emailed to the following address: direwolfawards@gmail.com
• 10th of September~ Results will be announced
