notes! … so this set is like kinda old. i made this last may 18, and im just dumping them rn. this cover set was a request from a tokyo, who is on a hiatus rn,,, hi pls appear, and the end result + process highly depended on the details she gave me, and i tried my best to follow through. the typo nearly killed me halfway and i scrambled with figuring out what details to add here?? i think?? n e way yes that is it :D i did enjoy making these two though but somehow natsukashī looks more polished..... why

notes! …  this is also kinda late n old. made this may 24, and a collab w tokyo (again hi pls appear) and she did the base, which i just like. kind of messed around with. don’t look at the bottom half i butchered her base so much

03. yellow theme
ー my cover set

notes! … okay so here’s like my cover set rn and i wanted to use manga caps as the core, so you can see they’re mostly taken from them. i split them up according to what ??? was most similar to each other ??? idk i just grouped them by three

this one’s pretty obvious. they’re misc/collection books so i figured i’d make their design simple. i was also getting lazy.

okay so this one’s more reliant on manga caps??? esp lovelorn liars since i even had to put like jp chars of hanahaki scattered through the cover. most i liked in this batch would prolly be jerusalem ghosts’ one. vagabond come thru

this set’s my favorite because they’re all typo-based !!!! :D i esp like thin out of all of them though

and here’s the cover for this book! i made it purely a typography design because this is a graphic book. so. yes. pretty simple though

04. folklore
ー album/song graphic

notes! … this is the most recent one, and was inspired by taylor’s new album, folklore. i couldn’t take just one song and make a graphic out of it, because every song in that album is literally gold. i’ve got it on repeat. if i had to pick though cardigan, exile & seven can run me over. cardigan and exile especially. they want me dead. my hands went wack and typed the subtitle wrong btw it’s supposed to be: you’re a flashback in a film reel. i had  a hard time picking the subtitle because all the lyrics to this album are just spicy. sexc. i just love them. god i swear listen!! to the album!! play it on repeat!! i got inspired to edit and write by it no cap. i’m prolly gonna word vomit a drabble soon bec of it. if you’ve listened to folklore i love you

[1] i realised i didn’t actually discuss the design n just went on a tangent abt folklore....... okay. so there’s really nothing to discuss. it’s a hand with a skull with flowers and film strips and blobs. and a big f. that’s it
