Jaemin walked back from the bathroom seeing Renjun on his phone, it wasn't anything out the unordinary since the boy trusted him with his password. He just figured he was playing some games on it because Renjun's phone had died a couple of minutes ago.
"Oh, I don't think Jeno can come. Something about feeling ill today, probably best to give him some space to get better and rest up." Renjun easily lied, he never used to be like this, in fact, he was the most trustworthy person to Jaemin and always had been.
Renjun walked home that night feeling as guilty as ever, if his friends were to find out what he's doing they'd drop him as fast as anything.
In all honesty, he didn't want to do this. He sincerely wished that Jaemin could be happy but inside he didn't want that, he wanted Jaemin. Jeno was just in the way, if he hadn't shown up then everything could have gone his way.
"Excuse me, you dropped this." Renjun turned around seeing a tall boy looking down at him with his earphones dangling loosely in his hands.
"Thank you," Renjun muttered as he continued to walk away, the boy quickly caught up stopping Renjun from getting further.
"I'm Sanha, what's your name?" The taller boy asked tilting his head slightly.
"Renjun."
"Mind grabbing a coffee with me, Renjun?"
