A/N: I think this will turn out as a series again.
It was night and Jennie was reading a bedtime story to Isiah in his room, while Sofia and Yuan are on their own room doing God knows what and Jennie can only hope that their eldest and second eldest are already asleep.
Jisoo on the other hand was inside the bathroom suffering her usual pregnancy sickness. She wanted to go to bed but she knew she would just have to get up again. She sat down, her back was pressed against the wall directly in front of the toilet, her head was resting on her arms that were against the edge of the bathtub. The older girl was feeling dizzy and her tummy hurts feeling nauseating. She would vomit from time to time and had to rinse her mouth every single minute.
Few minutes had passed and the bathroom door opened revealing a sleepy Jennie. However, her face changed in a matter of second as she saw how her wife was,
“oh gahd baby, are you okay? You keep on vomiting again?” Jennie quickly went near her wife embracing her tightly.
Jisoo nods pouting on the process, she leans to her wife’s chest.
“I never knew carrying a blessing can be this hard” she mumbles sadly.
Jennie brush her wife’s hair using her hand.
“we’ll get through this baby okay?” she kissed her wife’s forehead before standing up trying to carry Jisoo.
“baby no, I’ll just have to get up and throw up again so it’s better to stay here.” Jisoo refused not wanting to leave her spot.
Jennie stare at her wife, guilt clearly visible in her eyes. She should’ve been in her wife’s position but she insisted her wife to carry the baby instead of her. What an idiot she is knowing that this would probably happen. Now all she could do is to stay with her wife, take care of her and be with her no matter what.
The cat eyed girl went to their bedroom and get some pillows and sheets. She places them on Jisoo’s spot making her comfortable before sitting beside her on the floor.
“what are you doing honey?” Jisoo asked confusedly
“I’ll just wait for you” Jennie wrapped her arms around her wife embracing her warmly.
“take your time baby, I’m just here I’ll take care of you” Jennie whispers as she kissed her wife’s forehead slowly caressing her making Jisoo feel safe and comfortable.
Morning~
Jennie got up early as she has to prepare breakfast for her kids and send them to school while her wife was still asleep.
She and Jisoo didn’t sleep on the floor of the bathroom last night. She waited until her wife was asleep and carried her to their bedroom making sure that the older girl is comfortable in her sleep and the baby can sleep comfortably inside her mom’s tummy.
As soon as she finished her task to her kids, the cat eyed girl quickly heads upstairs and to their bedroom only to find her wife still sleeping peacefully.
She walked closer to her wife kissing her forehead, she has to wake the older girl up as their doctor said that the older girl has to wake up on time and eat healthy breakfast before taking her prescribed vitamins.
“baby…wake up wake up” Jennie gently caresses her wife’s cheeks
“hmmpp” Jisoo gently opens her eyes and cutely rubbing it like a baby.
“good morning baby” Jennie presses her lips against her wife’s
“honey, morning breath” Jisoo covered her mouth shyly
“who cares?” Jennie chuckles
“I love you” Jisoo smiles
“I love you too gorgeous, now go take a shower and let’s eat breakfast so you can take your vitamins” Jennie said sitting on the bed
“I’ll just wait for you” she added
Jisoo nods and went straight to the bathroom. She looks at herself in the whole body mirror and saw her cute baby bump. She smiles and gently rub her baby bump.
“Eomma and Mommy loves you baby” she talks to her unborn child before taking a shower.
Jennie on the other hand was watching 3 idiots in the bedroom as she waits for her wife.
Minutes later and Jisoo got out of the bathroom wearing only a towel. Jennie was so focused on the movie as she was on the part where Rancho and his colleagues have to deliver a baby. It was an intense and the most heart stopping scene from the movie.
Jennie can’t take her eyes off the movie when suddenly she hears her wife sobbing. She quickly got up from the bed and ran for her wife. She embraces her while rubbing the older girl’s hair for comfort.
“what’s wrong baby?” Jennie asks worriedly
Jisoo remain silent and continues to cry. Jennie furrows her eye brows confusedly and stare at the emotional movie scene, she then realized that Jisoo was just experiencing one of the struggles of being pregnant which was being overly sensitive and emotional even for little very things. Even the cat eyed girl herself experienced the same when she was on the same state. She would cry after tasting some really good food(in reality, that's Chaeyoung)
“shhh stop crying now baby, it’s just a movie” Jennie mumbles and Jisoo nods, the cat eyed girl then let go of her wife so the older girl can put on clothes.
After a few minutes, the couple walked down the stairs and to the kitchen with Jennie carefully assisting her wife. They ate breakfast and Jennie feeds Jisoo again like a baby.
When they were finished, Jisoo suddenly felt her stomach turning upside down and the next thing she knew, she was going to puke.
Jennie stare at her wife’s pale face sensing something was wrong. Jisoo tried stop herself from puking knowing that her wife was in front of her however, she was a bit too late and couldn’t hold it anymore. She puke in her wife’s shirt making Jennie gasp.
“I-I’m sorry honey” Jisoo looks down feeling embarrassed.
“it’s okay baby, don’t worry” Jennie kissed her wife’s forehead and remove her shirt carefully preventing the puke to spill on the floor. She then assists her wife to the sink so she could rinse her mouth and brush her teeth. After that, she quickly pick some random shirt in her closet and wore it on before carefully settling her wife on the couch and turning the TV on. As she was sure enough that her wife was feeling comfortable on the couch, Jennie then wash the dishes.
As soon as she was finished, she walked to the living room and cuddled with her wife.
“baby?” Jisoo called out softly
“yeah?” Jennie answered without taking her eyes off the screen.
“have you thought of our baby’s name?” Jisoo asked
Jennie then stare at her wife,
“I was planning to ask the same, have you?” she questioned back
“I don’t know, maybe we have to know the gender first” Jisoo answered
“well we can think of it now even without knowing the gender. Let’s think of possible names for two gender boy and girl.” Jennie suggested
“good idea hon,” Jisoo smiles
“let’s spend our time thinking of our baby’s name” Jennie said and kissed the tip of Jisoo’s nose making the older girl giggle.
