Eurydice Noblezada hadn't always been a ghost. Once upon a time, there was a boy who made her feel alive. She floated through the halls of Hogwarts in a waking dream for most of her schooling. If you ask her to remember any moment from her earlier years at the school, she couldn't tell you a thing. A coaster is what her friends called her. She called herself half-alive. She knew if she wanted to keep her magic she had to tough it out, but organized schooling had never been for her. Still, there was one thing that made going back to Hogwarts each year worth it. The Boy Who Lived was what they called him. She just called him Harry. Sometimes she would call him Potter if she wanted him to think she was mad at him (although it was impossible for her to ever be angry with him). She loved him from afar for so many years, the last thing she expected was for him to love her too.

okay I know this is straight but I love the myth of Eurydice and Orpheus and I made the cover and I was like I have to write this so I did! Expect lots of greek mythology themes and such throughout this book because I fuck with greek mythology heavy
