You wake up, do your morning routine and change into a crop top and sweatpants

Mom: hun are you wearing that to your first day?

U: yeah what's wrong with it?

Mom: I thought you'd wear something more... expensive

U: mom I don't want people liking me for what I can afford plus I don't like expensive clothing you know this

Jackson: ready lil sis

U: ready, where's Cynthia?

Jackson: I have no idea

U: well imma get Starbucks before school so I'll meet you there

Jackson: ok see ya

You get in your new car and drive to Starbucks for coffee, then you drive to school and park next to Jackson's car, you make your way to the office and see Jackson and Cynthia there

U: hey sis

Cynthia: finally, is that what you're wearing?

U: yeah and nothings wrong with it!

Cynthia: ok ok

Jackson: Cynthia come on be nice

Principal: this is Addison she'll be showing Melanie around

Addison: so who's Melanie?

U: me

Addison: nice to meet you I'm Addison, you can call me Addi I can tell we're gonna be besties

U: yay! Bye Cynthia, bye bubs

Jackson: bye sis

Addison: so we have all our classes together and I can't wait to get to know you!

U: same! I can't tell we're gonna have a lot of fun sleepovers

Addison: yay!

You and Addison get to class
*skip to lunch* you sit with Addison

U: so Addi any crushes?

Addison blushes and says: well this guy named Bryce

U: awww who is he?

Addison: he's popular tho, he's the guy in the blue sweatshirt at the table with the girls wearing-

U: let me guess the ridiculous amount of pink

Addison: yeah

You guys talk and laugh for a while and before lunch is over the popular group walks over to you and you can tell that they're gonna spill something on you

U: lets go Addi

Addison: but Bryce

U: Addi come on!

You manage to push Addison out of the way quick enough so the popular girls spill their drinks on the floor

Addison: thanks

U: ofc I would let you experience that

Bryce: hey Addison, sorry about them
