Chapter 9

By now everything was a mess. Everyone stood up. The roof of the hype house has seen a lot of intense situations, but never like this. Hype boys were watching Josh in worry that he'll attack chase any second. Sway boys are ready to back Josh up if he does attack Chase. And then there is us girls, just standing there wanting to cool down the situation but not knowing how.

"why the fuck did you sleep with Nessa?"
One sentence. All it took Josh to shock the shit out of everyone in the room. I just hope Josh has false information. For Charli's sake.
"I didn't-"
Before Chase could even defend himself, Josh was faster. He held him by the collar. Ryland ran to them and tried to push Josh away along with nick, Thomas, and Tayler. Sway boys were trying to hold hype boys back from defending Chase.

The roof was filled with chaos like "bro" "man" "calm down" "Josh what the fuck"

All the guys were yelling at each other. Ryland finally managed to stand between Josh and Chase.

"Josh, bro, calm the fuck down"
Ryland said as he put a protective arm in front of Chase.
"Why the fuck did you sleep with her? Didn't you tell me just two weeks ago that you don't want her? What the fuck were you thinking Chase?"
Josh totally ignored Ryland. All his focus was on Chase.

My heart was beating loudly in my ears, along with all the voices, giving me a headache. Oh my God when Charli finds out about this she'll get so heartbroken, again.

" He can sleep with whoever he wants. She's not your girl anymore"
Nick was just trying to defend his best friend. But he managed to piss cooper enough to try and bounce on him. Jaden was fast enough, thankfully, and held cooper back.

"I didn't fucking sleep with her, we just kissed. I don't know what the fuck I was thinking. I'm sorry"
Chase yelled at everyone. I could clearly see he was trying hard not to cry. Josh took an angry step towards Chase, making Ryland take a step towards Josh. Providing Chase with more protection.

"No Chase, not this time. I'm getting you back for this. Mark my fucking words"
And just like this he stormed outside. Followed by all sway boys.

"You slept with Nessa!"
Thomas yelled at Chase once he made sure sway boys were out of hearing range.
"No I didn't! We did make out but I stopped!"
Chase said in defense. Now that the sway boys aren't here anymore he knows his own friends will give him shit for what he did. And he knows he deserves it.

Thomas was beyond angry. I have never seen him like that. He took Chase's wrist violently and threw him to the chair.

Chase looked to the ground and whispered. He looked like he was talking to his dad, not his best friend.

"WHAT!"
I literally screamed at him.
"Chase what the fuck? You went out with Charli the next day! You couldn't even think of telling her!"
By now even my face was hot from how angry I felt.
"Dani-"
"NO! You couldn't even think of telling me! I was the one that helped you last time. I was going to help you tell her. But now? We both know Josh will tell her. You fucked her up for the fucking second time Chase!"

"Can you stop screaming? He didn't fuck shit up. Charli broke up with him. If she will be this hurt then she shouldn't have broken up with him"
Micheal said. He was angry too. By now everyone was yelling.
"Micheal shut the fuck up! If he's so free why the fuck has he been trying to get her back for the last two months?!"

"You shut-"
"Micheal."
Ryland stepped to my side and put his hand around my shoulder. He wasn't yelling but he was stern. Micheal looked at him then at me then he looked at Ryland again. He scoffed and walked away.

In the middle of all this, knowing that Ryland would defend me against his own best friend warmed my heart. I looked at him with a fade of a smile.

"Charli knows"
It took kouvr one sentence to make chase actually cry. I ignored him and decided to tweet about it too. When I turned my phone on it was exploded with fans mentioning me in tiktok room posts.

Josh and Bryce unfollowed nick and Chase. Nick unfollowed both of them. Blake unfollowed Chase. Josh unfollowed nessa. Everyone unfollowed each other.

Charli tweeted 'I hope she was worth it'. Dixie has meetings all day and she's confused. Dixie unfollowed charli and I making me laugh. Charli unfollowed both chase and nessa.

Everything is going so fast.

We were all on our phones. I was trying to call Charli. After a billion try she finally answered.

"munchkin baby. Are you okay?"
She just sniffled. She was crying. Oh my baby.
"he kissed Nessa"
She was still crying. When she said that Chase's head snapped up. He looked at me but I ignored him.
"I know baby. I wish I can be with you"
I said walking away and getting inside the house.
"I know.. Paparazzi are there, aren't they?
" yeah"
I said with a sigh.

I heard yelling again.
"don't worry Char, everyone is giving him shit for it. I gave him the worst shit ever. I need to go now"
"No. Dani please. You're his best friend be with him"
She said and the call ended.

I sighed. I know she's right. But I'm angry for my sister. He needs me. But he cheated on my sister. Kinda.

Oh my God, I'm so confused.

I went back to them and sat beside Ryland. He put his hand around my waist and I leaned on him. Hearing her cry and not being able to be with her broke me.

"if you wanna tell the people, tell them. It's your choice Chase" Thomas told chase who was still on his seat with his head buried in his hand. He didn't answer.

"they already think. They just need confirmation. I say you do it. At least like this you'd be owning up to your mistakes. Isn't that what they want?"
Tayler said. Which resulted in chase tweeting that he did kiss nessa.

And of course getting into more trouble.
