Chapter 20

Sean's POV

"Where are the Japanese members?" I asked as I realized that the J-line of Twice are nowhere to be found

"Mina! Sana! Momo!" we shouted their name in case they are just nearby but they didn't respond

'Please be safe' I thought

Third Person POV

Before the explosion happens, four masked men were spying on Sean and company. As soon as the group arrived, one of the men immediately pressed the trigger of their customized smoke bomb to act like a real bomb

When their bomb explodes, the men quickly took three people with them to hold as an hostage then they knocked them out using a handkerchief coated with chloroform before the smoke vanishes as they entered their van

Unknown to them, someone was still conscious and she silently observes them while pretending to be unconscious. She overheard them talking about who sent them so she began to form a plan on how she could tell the others about their whereabouts

She cautiously watch her surroundings and memorized some landmarks they passed until they had arrived in their lodge. Thankfully she already had a plan and she's just waiting for the perfect time to execute it

The men opened the van then they brought them inside Asama-Sanso which was now owned by Watanabe Shonichi. They tied the hostages using a tight rope before they locked them in one of the rooms

Mina started to scan her surroundings as soon as the men left. It's a good thing that she knows several methods on how to escape but she's not alone so she has to master her plan

She saw a broken liqour bottle with its contents spilled on the ground. Without wasting any time, she imitated a secret agent as she picked it up using her feet and used the shards to cut the rope on her hands

Luckily she didn't get hurt for doing this risky move. She opened her cellphone as she saw the texts and missed calls from her friends. She sent a secret code to one of fhem, hoping that her friends could save them soon

Sean's POV

We tried to contact their phones but it cannot be reached. We frantically searched for them near the area but it was in vain

'I shouldn't let them earlier' I thought

"It's not your fault onii-chan" Sally said

"She's right Hyung" ZJ

"But the three of them are gone missing!" I exclaimed

"They'll be fine" Kyungsoo reassured

"We should get back to the hotel it's getting late" Wei stated

"We can continue our search tomorrow" Yui said

"I'll stay here, you can take them back" I stubbornly said

All of a sudden, I felt a strong punch on my cheeks. I tried to look into the one who hurted me but she lifted me up in the air

"Are you nuts?! What if they saw you right now acting like that? Do you think they'll be okay? Of course not so shut the hell up and rest! You're not the only one who was worried about them alright!" Mayu ranted before she threw me to the ground

"You're right Mayu sorry for acting like that earlier. For now let's make sure that the other girls are alright before we head back to the hotel"

"Yeah"

After checking the other girls, we went back to the hotel where we are staying. I let the members rest because it's been a rough day for them. I called a meeting between my team to conduct a plan for tomorrow. While we are finalizing our plan, my phone started to ring so I opened it up and I was shocked by its contents
